Very happy with our stay. Close to Florence and local restaurants. Dinner at the hotel was great as was the service. Could WhatsApp reception and they would bring bottles / drinks quickly to the pool. Would recommend.

Great, quiet and peaceful hotel. The location is off the beaten track, but easy access to Florence and nearby town. It’s quiet and peaceful. The pool is great, overall hotel is clean and tidy. Isn’t too big. Beautiful view. Osteria also serves tasty meal. To improve - better room amenities – there were no glasses, cups, or a kettle. Lack of privacy outside the room – restaurant terrace. Recommended!

Siamo stati a cena in questo locale e l'esperienza è stata ottima. Abbiamo mangiato in giardino con una bella vista. Quello che abbiamo mangiato è stato tutto ottimo, di nostro gradimento. Materie prime di ottima qualita; forse la tagliata era un filino troppo cotta. Ottimo anche il pane. Servizio rapido, gentile e cordiale. Conto nella media. Torneremo sicuramente.

My wife and I visited this elegantly rustic retreat for a private cooking class. It's location alone is breathtaking! Eleonora and her staff were so welcoming and in a short time we felt like family. I would stay, eat, experience this gem again!

I stayed at this relais for work reasons. I recommend it in all aspects. Beautiful location, comfortable, prepared and helpful staff. They brought forward breakfast at my request. Restaurant up to par.

Ci sono stata una volta di passaggio per trovare un’amica a San Casciano, non contenta, una seconda volta a distanza di pochi mesi ci sono tornata in quanto di nuovo di passaggio nella zona. Che dire? Piatti curati, di qualità, il prodotto viene lavorato con estrema cura. Tornerò di nuovo.

14/10/2025: Back in May of 2024 I gave this restaurant a solid five stars. Now in October 2025 I only give it three stars. The food was just OK this time as well as the service
12/10/2025: Yesterday, I went with a couple of friends to the Gastone restaurant in Florence. I had the freshest fish, raw seafood, and oysters. Linguine with lobster and various grilled fish. Everything was excellent, and the service was exceptional. The staff were extremely kind and professional, and there was a wide selection of wines and desserts.
