The epitome of a classic Italian Trat. Wonderful, local plates of food - the antipasti was divine - that also won't break the bank. Bustling, lively atmosphere and warm, welcoming staff. Loved it.

A very typical and unique place. Traditional dishes prepared freshly. Limited seating, and everything is freshly made and served. You'll feel right at home.

Very good food, if you arrive early enough for lunch there may be space to walk-in, small handwritten menu on chalkboard that changes daily. Had some fegatelli (baked spiced liver wrapped in offal), side of the day (seasonal vegetable omlette), pici all’aglione and ravioli with wild boar ragù. All dishes had strong flavors, well-seasoned, the small local menu enables them to focus on making a few high quality dishes daily. A slice of handmade cake with lemon custard tasted really good to only 4 euros. Staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Many locals dine here too.

Really expensive for what they serve, and the food is poor quality. It used to be one of the best and friendliest places in Siena. Cover charge: €3 for a paper placemat and a paper napkin.

We shared the ribollita and the ravioli al ragù and they were one of the best dishes I ate in an Italian restaurant. Would 100% go back!

In the center of Siena, it's small, but its limited seating is a plus! The two owners were incredibly kind and friendly! Authentic Sienese cuisine; the pici and Cinta Senese stew are highly recommended.

An authentic, simple, genuine place with excellent food, a friendly local atmosphere, Mediterranean service, and very nice people. If you come to Siena, this is a must-visit.
