Everything was delicious and unique. They have quite a few Tuscan specialties, I had the Peposo and it was fantastic. The best meal I’ve had so far in Florence.

Wonderful oasis in busy Florence) Capellani with buratta better than everywhere. Wine list perfect. Waiter was alone - and his salary should be at least doubled- so good and fast he is))

An excellent option for those looking for a traditional dinner in the center of Florence at an excellent price. The 1.2kg Florentine steak was delicious and suitable for two, as was the starter of cured meats and cheeses. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was charming.

Locale carino e centrale. Scomodo il bagno, che aveva problemi con la chiusura. Filetto ai ferri, buono, ma troppo cotto e piuttosto duro. Grigliata di verdure, buona. Primo, che ha preso il mio ospite, mi pareva buono. Una volta, trovai, in passato, il dolce, non buono. Cameriera, carina e gentile. Servizio, un po lento, ma corretto. Prezzi medi. Nel complesso, valido.

12/09/2025: One of the best gelatos I've ever tasted, their cremino flavor is truly excellent! The pastries are also very good; I often stop for breakfast with a delicious cappuccino and a pistachio croissant! It's definitely worth it; I've always had a great experience. The staff is kind and smiling, very welcoming! I recommend it without a doubt!

12/10/2025: We have had the privilege of experiencing Patricia and Toni's warm and welcoming hospitality several times. The Collina is a place to breathe deeply, relax, and enjoy. The many tips for excursions and restaurants were always spot on. The rooms are spotlessly clean, simple, and modern. We always slept wonderfully in them. The breathtaking panorama in the morning, whether looking out the window or at the edge of the pool, is incomparable. For us, the Collina is a small, exquisite paradise that is second to none. We highly recommend it.
