We expected a semi-Michelin experience but were badly disappointed. We both got a Chef Menu but the dishes were boring and without the edge and taste experience you would expect from such a place. The pasta dish was downright inedible, the pasta was not cooked enough. Now I am not Italian, so it is fair if the waiter is not strong in English. But none of our dishes were presented properly and the food was almost thrown on the table. The best thing about the evening was the wine list, which is excellent also for the price. All in all, not the experience we had expected from what is considered one of the city's best restaurants.

Service: elegant, friendly, informal, very attentive to the customer and beyond. Elegant and refined atmosphere. The food.... Well, it's marvelous. How can a simple pumpkin be so good... With Jerusalem artichoke chips, truly surprising. All the flavors were spot on, as were the aromas and textures. The trout was delicate yet intense. The open tortello was a bomb of flavors. This is happiness. Thank you, chef.

20/12/2025: I was looking for a place halfway between Liguria and Piedmont to celebrate my birthday. Reading the reviews, we stumbled upon this place. We were very satisfied. Five appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and dessert. Everything was high-quality and with a very homely touch.
