A tavern in Ferrara's historic center, where I ate delicious pumpkin cappellacci and truly excellent donkey stew. Friendly service, a typical family-friendly tavern atmosphere. I would have expected the prices to be a little lower given the target audience, but I still took the location and the quality of the dishes into consideration when rating them.

An exceptional restaurant for sampling traditional Ferrara dishes. The first course is tortelli with salami ragù, and the second course is a trio of boiled meats. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and the dishes are prepared with great care. The value for money is excellent. I'd return to Ferrara tomorrow just to try other dishes.

Traditional Ferrarese cuisine, excellent and very generous. The friendly and helpful staff were able to advise us on the best options. Definitely worth a try!

Traditional cuisine, excellent cappellacci with homemade pasta, excellent cutlet strabassotti, dessert could be improved. Small but comfortable setting with a few tables outside. The owner is helpful and friendly, we had a wonderful dinner. Good prices for the quality.

Mai provato prima, scelto quasi per caso. Locale piccolino e accogliente, un pò fuori dal centro, occorre fare quattro passi in più del solito, ma ne vale veramente la pena. Cappelletti asciutti cacio e pepe gustosi, tris di bolliti con salse ottimi, faraona al forno straordinaria. Molto buono anche il vino rosso sfuso, da bottiglia e non alla spina, quindi a temperatura ambiente come avevo chiesto (praticamente impossibile da trovare altrove). Ottimo servizio, affabilità, cucina tradizionale ma raffinata, prezzi inferiori alla media di Ferrara. Rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile. Torneremo sicuramente....

Posto accogliente un servizio ottimo come i piatti che abbiamo mangiato , prezzi normalissimi nella norma vista anche la qualità della materia prima. ci ritornerei 👍

06/11/2025: I've been to Purgatorio, a place to eat excellent pizza. The Paradiso restaurant has an excellent themed bar. I can't give any advice regarding their Inferno restaurant.
05/11/2025: Well, I've known it for a while. Purgatorio (pizzeria) is spectacular, with its ceiling filled with dangling trumpets and trombones because the Angels play the trumpets! Inferno (restaurant) is impeccably furnished with lavishly laid tables and regal chairs, unusual with over 15,000 copper pots (cauldrons) hanging from the ceiling, without lids... because the Devil makes the pots, not the lids. And Paradiso (pub), still closed, which I'll visit soon. Church, with esoteric music and funerary furnishings... incredible imagination and attention to detail. A unique venue... definitely in Europe!

10/11/2025: It's a fully equipped seaside campsite (during the summer). Sea, lake, pool, all sorts of activities, shows and entertainment with qualified entertainers, and even a riding stable where you can go horseback riding in the countryside.
21/10/2025: A wonderful resort perfect for families with children and four-legged friends! Clean and tidy rooms, comfortable spaces for a family stay. The spacious restaurant offers a generous appetizer buffet and three choices of first and second courses. There's also a baby food area. The staff is always available and friendly, accommodating guests' needs. Many activities are offered throughout the day, and entertainment is available with evening shows. There's a mini and junior club. Three swimming pools for adults and children, with a small island suitable for the little ones and a whirlpool area. A large refreshment bar, even on the beach! Enormous parking lot with a covered carport. In short...it's definitely a special place, perfect for those seeking relaxation, fun, and comfort for the whole family!
