Osteria Gallo Nero In Molare

On Sunday, August 24th, I called to reserve a table for lunch. The owner was courteous and accommodating to my request. The restaurant is very welcoming and ideal for couples and families, with excellent service and friendliness. Regarding the choices I made (Fassona tartare and ravioli al tuccu), both the portions and the ingredients were of excellent quality and deliciousness. The flavors were delicate and decidedly delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant, as the friendly staff and the food are a perfect combination for an absolutely positive experience at the Molare restaurant.

A very characteristic tavern in the center of the village of Molare. The owner, Mr. Stefano, is very kind and friendly, creating a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere. The food is excellent, authentic, and home-made. The menu changes daily and also offers a good selection of wines. Definitely a place to recommend, a place worth trying in a casual atmosphere but with quality products.

Excellent dinner from appetizer to dessert between Piedmont and Liguria. From the Fassona tataki and the ravioli del plin to the Ligurian-style fried anchovies.

Bellissimo locale, stile moderno, tutto pietra, legno e grandi vetrate. Ottima cucina e cantina ben fornita. Personale disponibile e gentilissimo.
