I went to Osteria Flaminio and was truly satisfied. The Italian cuisine is excellent: I tried a well-made carbonara, delicious pulled chicken meatballs with peppers, and roasted potatoes, which, unfortunately, I couldn't finish simply because I was already full. That's why I didn't order dessert, but I'll gladly return to make up for it!
The service was impeccable: the staff were kind, polite, and friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming, although the wait was a bit long. The quality-price ratio is also excellent.
I recommend this restaurant to everyone, even large groups: there's a dedicated room perfect for socializing.

We arrived at this place recommended by our hotel.
We were greeted by Mrs. Monica, a fantastic person. We immediately felt at ease. We sat down, and shortly after, they came to take our order.
I'm gluten and lactose intolerant, and I ate wonderfully. The carbonara was spectacular, along with amazing meatballs and top-notch cured meats. I had some leftovers and took them home. The portions are generous, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Go there, guys.

Very nice and well-kept place in the heart of the Flaminio district.
Abundant dishes, good quality raw materials, unfortunately we found problems in all 3 courses. The tartare tasted only of lemon that perhaps was used to season the crispy fried artichokes but that overpowered every other flavor, the tortelloni were excellent but the flavor of the artichokes was almost completely lost, ditaloni too al dente. I would like to point out that I didn't say anything at the time when we were at the restaurant because there was a table for 28 people and I didn't want to add pressure.
The quality/price ratio was not adequate with what we ate, too much for those dishes prepared like that.

osteria moderna dai sapori tipici romani, presentati in chiave elegante. il menù propone tutti i piatti della tradizione, molto gustosi e ben realizzati. io ho provato anche qualche piatto diverso dai classici romani e sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto.
