The staff is of a rare friendliness: attentive, helpful and always ready to advise with a smile. The food is the real strong point: tasty dishes, prepared with quality ingredients and generous portions, all at really low prices, a detail that makes the experience even more pleasant. You can really breathe the air of Roman cuisine with a capital C. Large menu of abundant, tasty and well-presented traditional dishes. We tried carbonara and amatriciana: simply perfect in terms of cooking, seasonings and ingredients. Very nice place, friendly and nice staff, very attentive to all the customer's needs. A strong point (we learned this from the very kind waitress) is also the parking, as customers can park in the parking spaces in the area surrounding the stadium. I can't wait to go back to try other dishes.

El viernes, mi familia y yo tuvimos el placer de cenar en Osteria Flaminia, y fue una experiencia inolvidable. De principio a fin, todo superó nuestras expectativas. Empezamos con su Cacio e Pepe, que fue el mejor que he tenido. El equilibrio de sabores, la textura cremosa y la pasta perfectamente cocida hicieron que cada bocado fuera una delicia. Después de eso, disfrutamos de su Carbonara, una verdadera obra maestra, rica, sabrosa y absolutamente deliciosa. Para terminar con una nota dulce, saboreamos su Tiramisù, que fue nada menos que increíble. Ligero, cremoso y perfectamente equilibrado, era la forma ideal de concluir nuestra comida.
