We had the Steak Firenze which was the best meal we had during our stay in August 2025. Our waiter Dario was very helpful with advising on which steak to pick and explained the meat comes from a local cattle breed. The theatre that came with the steak and the carving of it at the table was amazing. I like my steak medium / rare it was rare but the texture and taste was completely different to steaks from the UK. Dario looked after us extremely well and made you feel like you were at home. Couldn’t fault the meal and would highly recommend it anyone going to Florence. It is a must for the Firenze Sreak.

I was drawn in by the smell, and the carbonara was absolutely delicious!!!!!
I ordered carbonara and a pasta dish from the recommended menu.
The carbonara noodles were plump and chewy, so delicious. The subtle aroma of cinnamon added a wonderful flavor.
Koreans, you absolutely must try the carbonara!!!!!!!!

Very delicious food, especially the pappardelle with wild boar. The suet was delicious. The natural wine was nice. The tiramisu in a jar was nice, but not memorable. The atmosphere was quite nice, although the busy street right in front of the entrance could be a bit tiring at times. The service was friendly, but there was a certain air of indifference.

We had the most beautiful steak- 1.6kg T-Bone covered in 24k gold foil with potatoes and salad as sides.
The meat was cooked to perfection! So tender and juicy! The staff were very attentive.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner!

Durante la mia gita a Firenze io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo deciso di prenotare all’osteria filetto d’oro tramite the fork, colpiti dalle recensioni positive.
Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della cena, abbiamo preso l’antipasto filetto d’oro e il vino della casa Chianti, abbiamo deciso di proseguire con un primo Io ho preso le tagliatelle ai funghi porcini al tartufo lui i tipici pici toscani. Quantità ottime, come la qualità.

Cibo ottimo. Ho mangiato con mia moglie i pici alla cinta senese con tartufo ed una tagliata di manzo con lardo e pistacchio. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo chianti rosso della casa . Servizio velocissimo, piatti veramente molto buoni e anche abbondanti, tanto che abbiamo condiviso sia primo che secondo. Personale veramente molto gentile. Il voto medio è ampiamente meritato e confermato. Consigliato.
