Dishes are the result of a selection of authentic ingredients and interesting flavor combinations, but the gluten-free options deserve an honorable mention. In fact, the entire menu can be made gluten-free, and the restaurant offers fresh gluten-free pasta (from pici to tordelli, etc.)! The atmosphere is charming and well-kept. The staff, with their attentive and courteous service, truly make this place stand out.

Top-notch service, the food was exceptional (Fiorentina per due), and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. I won't rate the wines, as that's the responsibility of the winemaker. All in all, a successful evening. Grazie per tutto!

Very nice restaurant just steps from the center of Pietrasanta. They pay special attention to celiac disease. Excellent food and wine. Quick service and friendly staff.

07/12/2025: TOP. My family and I have been coming to Benedetto for over 30 years, and it's always been a go-to place for authentic, delicious Tuscan dishes. Over time, they've further improved their traditional dishes, bringing them to the forefront. The artisanal tortelli with ragù are highly recommended, but it's worth trying the entire menu, including the cream-filled frati, which are naturally leavened. The owners are wonderful people who always strive to offer the best. The waiters are extremely kind. Congratulations to the Stefani family👏
