We chose this restaurant because it is certified for gluten-free cooking and it was a very pleasant surprise for everyone. The dishes are well cooked, with high quality raw materials. The service is courteous and not intrusive. The desserts are also excellent. We will return as soon as possible to try other dishes, but the pici with pistachio pesto with tuna and lemon tartare and the tortelli filled with cod with pachino and burrata that we ate (both in the traditional and gluten-free versions) definitely won us over! Congratulations!

Elegant and well-kept venue located in an excellent location, near the center of Pietrasanta. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, excellent food, quality raw materials, generous portions.

One of my favorite places in Pietrasanta is in all of Versilia. In addition to the less (excellent) "normal" they also make everything completely gluten-free. Tiziano the room manager is very attentive and helpful.
The menu is special.

Refined venue, medium-high price range, but with a selection of quality food and wine. We ate well and without too many problems in the vegetarian options. On the one hand the staff was efficient and helpful in finding us a table without a reservation on a crowded evening, on the other hand sometimes they were not at their most friendly, but I can understand when there are a lot of people. Tutte le volte che mi avvicino a Pietrasanta CI VOGLIO E CI DEVO TORNARE! È vero, i prezzi un po’ sopra la media, ma onestamente li vale tutti!
Ristorantino intimo, caldo, accogliente, i titolari sono splendidi, i piatti davvero buoni, genuini, tutto meravigliosamente gluten free, vini eccellenti.

Good food, excellent service, nice environment, but like all restaurants in Pietrasanta, too expensive for the quality (still good) and, above all, the quantity.
An appetizer, a first or second course (no one took both), a side dish, and almost all a dessert, 4 coffees, 2 bottles of wine (a modest red and a prosecco) in total we spent 700 euros for 14 people, So 50 euros per person. The price might be there, but the quantities were really modest in my opinion. In this case the wine had little or no influence, as 14 people took 2 modest wines (in terms of price). Probably the problem is me wanting to spend less...
