Congratulations to the owner Simona and all her staff. We had dinner with 9 people, ordered different dishes and we were all thrilled with the food as well as the courtesy of Perdonala and the beautiful Locatuon. It didn't seem right to me to eat everything there was on the very assorted menu in both meat and fish, exceptional quality and even the gluten-free bread and focaccia were amazing. Civentera is one of my favorite destinations! Thank you for your quality and professionalism!

Among the best gluten-free cuisines I have tried in 46 years of celiac disease. Each dish on the menu is also available gluten-free, featuring various specialties treated with quality ingredients and in an excellent manner. Very kind, polite service and friendly owners. Adequate prices. A certainty and a safe reference in Tuscany.

Place chosen because it is in the AIC circuit for people with celiac disease, it was a very pleasant surprise! Carefully prepared dishes with top quality products, excellent service with trained staff, correct price for a typical restaurant near the beautiful center of Pietrasanta. I would say super recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs, I will certainly return!

Finally a place that deserves top notch service and typical cuisine. Genuine and interesting dishes on the palate.
They served us an entree with potato and herb flan.
We opted for a set of 4 flans:
Carrots, aubergine parmigiana with provola, burrata and asparagus and lastly with fennel.
As a first course, a tordello (ravioli in the Lunigiana style) with meat sauce.
Sweet pumpkin
At the end, paired with coffee, croquettes and fig biscuits
They serve fresh gluten-free bread and the entire menu is gluten-free.
To be clear, the owner who served us is celiac.

Splendid tavern in the center of Pietrasanta, a jewel for the eyes and the palate. Among the starters, I recommend the mix of seasonal flans and flans and the Fassona steak, delicious. Among the first courses, the typical tordelli with meat sauce deserve mention. Prices appropriate to the quality and the area.
