Don Maccarone, a name a GUARANTEE! For the first time in Naples, we were walking through the streets in the evening when on the Chiaia steps we found this small restaurant with the kind restaurateur who invited us to eat! First course, second course, dessert, a bottle of house wine around €70 Beautiful experience, very warm environment and staff, it's fun!

In the small but welcoming place we found the true flavors and colors of Naples. Traditional fried food is excellent and delicate. The meatballs are superb. A special thanks to Salvatore, nice and polite. Absolutely worth trying.

A good trattoria in a beautiful and very touristy area. The place is very nice, small and welcoming. The host is very kind and polite. We ate well. Affordable prices.

Small but nice place. Typical Neapolitan cuisine. The Genovese and Pasta e Patate revisited are excellent. The meatballs with sauce are also good. Friendly and pleasant staff.

Una bella scoperta un osteria tipica napoletana con musica napoletana e Pinuccio in sottofondo, ci hanno accolto col sorriso e sono stati molto simpatici ed educati ottimi primi e secondi anche il babà era buonissimo prezzi buoni. Grazie anche da parte della mia piccola Margot😅

Great little place. Cheap prices, excellent food and attentive, but not smothering service. The meatballs were light and tasty. House red at 8eur a bottle was good. What else can I add Recommend!

Inaspettata esperienza culinaria mi piace la location i prezzi sono giusti il cibo buono con materie prime di qualità.i camerieri per niente invadente ma presenti .Voto 8 perché vi torneró per provare nuove pietanze mi ha molto incuriosito.
04/02/2025: For the second time in this place, this time we were placed on the veranda, I must say that compared to when we were in the dining room where everything worked perfectly, here we had less attention. Like, we had the pleasure of ordering after other tables where they had agreed before us, the wine was brought to us after we had finished the appetizers, Fillet with green pepper, medium cooked, in some places very very rare. Among the bitters, my favorite was not mentioned, but instead, at my request, there was... Bill not in line with the treatment received.
