A very small osteria. A little out of the way from city centre. Generally food is predictably good. Small menu. I come here often whenever I m in town. Do not trust the hours shown in Google. Call to ascertain operating hours. The owners are not too welcoming if you get there a little too early.

We had just arrived in Verona and were on our way to our accommodation when we stopped by this small restaurant. We had checked out other reviews beforehand and decided to stop in. Their menu is small, so we ordered tagliatelle with ragu and gnocchi, accompanied by Lugana white wine. After a few minutes, the generously sized plates arrived with a pleasant aroma. Upon tasting them, we were pleasantly surprised. The tagliatelle was delicious and filling, and the gnocchi were very tender. This is definitely a highly recommended little spot for lunch.

Small and historic place overlooking the Adige, a few steps from the centre. Menu with few dishes, but all with character: from the local cold cuts, through the meat stewed in Amarone and the gnocchi, up to the dessert (splendidly washed down with grappa), everything was prepared in a very satisfying way. Friendly and unobtrusive service. Correct account. Advised!
