One of my favorite restaurants in Varese. The dishes are perfect in cooking, temperature and combination of flavors. The restaurant has few seats, it is advisable to book. The staff is kind and attentive to the needs of the customers. The only flaw is the lack of parking.

Very good food, I couldn't find a negative note and I even tried! Friendly, helpful and cheerful staff. A real osteria, the only real osteria in Varese. It really deserves to be tried.

Very friendly little restaurant. Lovely staff. Don't be put off by the lack of a menu or prices, as the final bill is very reasonable. And for those interested, the owner and server speak French. Perfect before visiting Villa Panza just across the street!

Everything was perfect. Although we only stayed in Varese for one night, I don't think we could have chosen a better restaurant. From the beginning of the meal we knew we had made the right choice: the atmosphere was perfect. From the welcome we received when we entered the beautiful restaurant (we were greeted by Denis who put our coats in the cloakroom), to the music that was sublime throughout the night, and then to the welcome from Sergio who served us. The atmosphere is perfect for a dinner for two. Everything we ate was perfectly cooked, well seasoned and, perhaps the best compliment possible, it surprised us. We had the rare opportunity to try 2 things with "new" flavors. A fish and seafood "lasagna", and then for dessert, a peach and red fruit tart. We were very lucky to find Osteria di Piazza Litta, and we couldn't recommend this restaurant more. Congratulations to all the staff at this place and to the owners. Not to be missed! (We were also lucky because we arrived early. Soon after the restaurant filled up and there were people who were unable to have dinner)

Localino delizioso, vicino a Villa Panza. Pochi tavoli, intimo e informale. Ben gestito dai due proprietari, uno in sala e uno in cucina. Piatti ben assortiti, presentati con gusto. Cucina che sposa tradizione e creatività. Provati sapori delicati e deliziosi. Servizio gestito con attenzione e simpatia. Prezzi corretti. Merita.

Professional, friendly, excellent food in a welcoming atmosphere

Anzi, potrei dire che questo posto è il mio porto sicuro, il rifugio perfetto quando ho voglia di coccole – e di un po’ di sano comfort food. Perché Dennis & Diego non sono solo ristoratori, sono veri e propri artisti dell’accoglienza. L’ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli, ogni angolo trasmette calore, passione e attenzione. Nulla è lasciato al caso, eppure tutto sembra così spontaneamente perfetto. Sedersi a questi tavoli e sentirsi a casa è un tutt’uno. Ma parliamo di cucina… perché qui si mangia, e si mangia da sogno! Frequento spesso questo ristorante e, ogni volta, mi sorprendo: il menù cambia seguendo il ritmo delle stagioni, proponendo piatti sempre nuovi e irresistibili. La voglia di assaggiare tutto è una costante! Ultimamente mi ha conquistata la razza fritta, fuori menù graditissimo e assolutamente da provare. E come dimenticare le mafalde cacio e pepe, il tortino di carciofi, il ganassino con polenta, il baccalà? E i dolci? Oh, i dolci! Sceglierne uno è una missione impossibile! E poi ci sono loro: Dennis & Diego, perfetti padroni di casa, sempre attenti, sorridenti e pronti a far sentire ogni cliente speciale. Un'ospitalità genuina, fatta di classe, calore e – cosa rara – rispetto reciproco tra chi accoglie e chi è accolto. Se cercate un posto dove trascorrere un paio d’ore in allegria, tra buon cibo, ottimo vino e un’atmosfera che avvolge come un abbraccio… questo è il posto giusto per voi!
