Incredible dining experience with friends. Service commensurate with a Michelin restaurant. We had a paired food and wine experience. Great way to learn about the Antinori family and history. If you have time, go for a tour of the cave.

Osteria di Passignano offers an exceptional Tuscan dining experience. The food is delicious, highlighting traditional flavors, and the wine list is superb. The ambiance is charming and elegant, and the service is friendly and professional. It's a perfect spot for a truly memorable meal.

Unique experience, I had a tasting menu with wine pairings for each course, special flavours I had never tried before, everything was truly excellent, my favourite dish was the aubergine.

My wife and I were at the Osteria di Passignano on September 20, 2025. The welcome, a bit over the top, like the rest of the service, was provided by young, yet somewhat "introvert" people. They seated us at a very nice table outside, but not far apart from the others. The inside rooms, while unused, were well-decorated. The menu is very limited, and my wife, who is intolerant to garlic, wasn't able to make many choices. The amuse-bouche we received were forgettable, some, like the olive pre-dinner, too acidic, accompanied by excellent breads. For starters, we had caviar, which, presented with brioche bread, was quite balanced, and the eggplant, which was by far the best dish of the evening. Then there was tuna, also forgettable, and the pigeon, good but very simple in presentation and flavor. The cheese plate, on the other hand, was good. Finally, the wine menu: endless, very well stocked with top-notch wines, it's presented like "The Bible" on a lectern: certainly spectacular for tourists, but in my opinion, again, too over the top for my tastes. Overall, I give it four stars, but for me it would be a 3.5.

Words are not enough to described wat we experienced, from the arrival to the departing was an another world experience, we tasted 4 wines with an entry, a mous bouche from the chef, two main courses and a desert to share and some sweet wine!! And it was out of this world...expensive but worth it

An enchanting moment in the middle of the vineyards, exceptional service and a delightful setting. A must-see stop if you're passing through the region.

Exceptional food, wine, and service, with a splendid view. The wine selection was excellent. We went with the prix fixe menu, but it was a bit of a letdown — the main course was pigeon with aubergine and a sauce that unfortunately didn’t mask the undercooked meat. It was quite off-putting.
