Osteria by name but a high-level restaurant in fact. Dishes prepared with care, impeccable service with 5 waiters in the room despite the small number of tables. Refined environment recently renovated.

Very nice, small, well-kept restaurant. Very good service. The dishes are very tasty and perfectly prepared. Visually and tastefully spot on. We had absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.

We happened upon it on 02/14 for a romantic getaway in Polignano. Osteria suggested by the hotel we were staying in. Borghese service, equally good food and attention to every detail. We will be back

The best sea-food paccheri I have ever tasted. Local fish tartare was sublime as well. Congratulations to the owner and chef, we had an excelent evening!

Restaurant recommended by the receptionist, it fully met our expectations. The place was beautiful, very well looked after. The staff is attentive to every need and present. Fresh fish and well-studied combinations. Really satisfying.

Ficamos curiosos para conhecer esse restaurante que fica perto de onde estamos hospedados. Fomos lá no intuito de tomar um aperol e beliscar alguma coisa. Pedimos o aperol, ostra, sim, no singular e lula crua. A ostra, que segundo a minha esposa na estava nada espetacular custou 7€ e a lula totalmente insossa. O restante do cardápio, me pareceu interessante, mas como não experimentamos…..
