Excellent experience! We had the pleasure of celebrating the birthday of a dear friend of ours. the service was excellent, not only in managing a table of 14 people but also in organizing the bouquet and cake. Simply put, great food and superb service. Thanks again to all the staff, we will be back soon!

A first-class product with exquisite treatment in the kitchen. The dining room is very well organized and the wine list, champagnes and drinks are extensive and selected. Exceptional.

Given that the restaurant is not cheap (but that's the only flaw), Chichibio has deep roots, made up of solid culinary traditions and a recognized vocation to satisfy the customer. The new management does not deviate from this trend, which revolves around Massimiliano, a brilliant and respectful young man, ready to understand the needs of the customer and to offer excellent suggestions for the best success of the dinner. But he is also ready to listen, without hesitation, to some off-menu wish, trying to make it come true without any ifs or buts…. To start, we appreciated the scampi and raw prawns (specialties of the area) and a carpaccio of scorpion fish (well filleted but presentable a little better), to be seasoned with a splendid 0 km oil, And we continued enjoying delicious spaghettoni (garlic, oil and chilli pepper) with chopped raw prawns…. exceptional!!! I would like to point out that the dish was not on the restaurant's list, but was nevertheless expertly prepared by the chef. We drank an excellent rosé wine from a renowned winery, strictly local. I was then positively impressed by the high box hedges, which guarantee privacy and tranquility at the outdoor tables. They are thick and imposing hedges, so well cared for that they seem (initially) fake. Added to this is the touch of color given by the presence of bougainvillea. In short, a welcoming environment, excellent quality food and attentive staff (even if the younger one has yet to fully train). Congratulations to Massimiliano and see you soon….

Memorable experience. Exquisite raw seafood of clear quality, delicious spaghetti with sea urchins. The friendly and effective service is the icing on the cake :) Super recommended!!!

Locale molto carino situato nella piazza di Polignano, personale molto gentile. Buona qualità dei piatti e prezzi in linea per la location e qualità del prodotto utilizzato. Il servizio un po’ lento, nonostante il locale non fosse eccessivamente pieno. Altro dettaglio non all’altezza del locale: poca scelta di vino al calice. Per il resto esperienza più che positiva.

La scelta di pescato del giorno non è affatto banale, mi è capitato di trovarci una aragosta, le cicale greche, astici. Abbiamo optato per un San Pietro al forno con patate e olive davvero ottimo. Come primo piatto abbiamo degustato cavatelli ai frutti di mare. Ottimo il servizio. Locale di livello.
