This restaurant is located on a piazza with a beautiful view. The atmosphere is well-kept and the staff are very helpful and polite. The seafood options are excellent and beautifully presented. They have a beautiful open-view fish counter where they prepare raw fish and open sea urchins and oysters. The prices are in line with the quality offered!

The food deserves 5 stars. Top-quality ingredients and unsurpassed preparation. Certainly the best meal we had in Italy. However, the service left much to be desired. Perhaps because we were the only non-Italians and/or not friends of the owners on New Year's Eve, we were completely ignored. No one came to take our order, they didn't leave a wine list, they didn't ask about drinks, nothing. We had to beg someone to attend to us. And when they saw that we weren't the table that would consume the most, the service got worse... they were only quick to remove the plates (we had to stop them 3 times, as we were still eating) and bring the bill so we could leave quickly. Unfortunately, our New Year's Eve experience was greatly compromised by the service.

Lunch at Chichibio in Polignano a Mare is a veritable culinary apotheosis. This refined restaurant is superbly managed by both the owners and staff. Our appetizer was double-seared octopus, served with creamed turnips and fried polenta, which was simply spectacular. Our amazement continued when we tried the risotto with creamed pumpkin and cuttlefish, which truly stunned us with its flavor and perfectly cooked texture. Thank you so much to all of you.

This pasta is incredibly good and also the seafood was incredibly fresh. The staff were excellent and attentive and the place is beautifully maintained with a great ambiance.

Excellent restaurant in the heart of Polignano a Mare: the freshest seafood! The spaghetti with sea urchins is simply amazing! The elegant yet welcoming atmosphere is perfect for both a romantic dinner and a business lunch. Reservations are recommended.

We were welcomed impeccably at this Osteria, with top-notch service and attention to detail. There's a bit to complain about the food, however. We ordered two first courses, one of which was mezze maniche cacio e pepe with smoked salmon. It's a shame the salmon wasn't there at all. The other first course was okay, even though it used frozen products (as indicated on the menu). Our second course consisted of fried fish, completely unsalted! We were disappointed by the charm of the place and the service, and the lack of attention to the cuisine. The desserts were delicious.
