A restaurant serving typical local cuisine in a small, friendly, and fairly busy square, with very well-prepared dishes.
Very courteous and attentive service.
The only downside is the slightly excessive prices.

We really enjoyed their fish dishes. If you are there, go look at their catch of the day, it is amazing. Fresh, beautifully laid out, I had fun watching lobsters move their feet. Also, appreciate the wine recommendation for our dishes, we had a great dinner there.

Everything was fine until we got the bill. Of the €180 for two people, €45 was too much: €25 for something we didn't even order, and €20 too much for the appetizer (we only had a maximum of 300g of fish carpaccio, which was listed on the menu as €7 per 100g, but we were charged for 650g). Perhaps the narrative that tourists in southern countries are ripped off came into play again. We went to this restaurant once and never again.

Ampia proposta di piatti di pesce con la possibilità di scegliere dal banco.
Promossi a pieni voti gli antipasti, sia i crudi che la capesante gratinate.
Giusto sufficienti gli spaghettoni ai ricci di mare.

Tra le eleganti volte dell’Osteria di Chichibio, nel pittoresco centro storico di Polignano, a pochi passi dalla Statua di Modugno, il tempo si ferma, tra eleganza, raffinatezza e buon gusto, in una esperienza memorabile di prelibatezze di mare, accompagnate da pregiate etichette, con un’accoglienza in pieno stile pugliese e tanta voglia di ritornare e di replicare l’esperienza!
Consigliato a tutti coloro che amano il buon cibo e coltivano lo spirito di bellezza… a suon di bollicine!
