We stumbled upon this place for lunch by chance, and even though it was packed, they let us sit at the counter, which was very comfortable and clean.
We had the Brescia-style skewer with polenta and the spaghetti with whitefish, Taggiasca olives, capers, and cherry tomatoes. Everything was delicious and the portions were perfect.
Great wine selection!

We dropped in without a reservation, and were greeted with kindness and professionalism. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with attention to detail, both in the decor and the presentation of the dishes. Each course reflects the attention to quality ingredients and balanced flavors: a truly captivating experience. A final highlight: the cookies served with coffee were simply delicious!

Carpaccio was perfect, pasta (homemade) was good, fish from the lake was a real dry-roll (I then poured a generous amount of olive oil on it), and the suckling pig was good.
Espresso was delicious, and grappa too.
Beautifully located on the main street.
You can also sit outside.

I've known this restaurant for several years. I've always eaten very well and drank even better.
Traditional dishes expertly prepared, no flaws in all my years of frequenting it. The wine cellar is truly excellent, and the liqueurs are carefully and expertly selected.
Strengths: the quality of the ingredients and the ability to maintain the same quality over time (a rare and highly appreciated trait).
Sorry points: the welcome is always a bit cold, the service is sometimes a bit hasty, and above all, the prices are a bit too high.
Suggestion: If you'd like, a complimentary appetizer from the chef, a chat at the tables, and less tension when the restaurant is crowded.

Exciting!! I loved this place!! The food served is of high quality and well cooked, the decor is very pleasant and the service is attentive and very professional. Everything was perfect, from the delicious charcuterie for the starter, to the main course; a suckling pig that was both tender, thanks to the mastery of the cooking, and crispy with its skin grilled just right. The extremely kind server took my requests into account and I was even served gluten-free crackers. So nice to see that your food allergies are not taken lightly! Top top top!

Dall'ingresso è evidente che non si tratta della tipica osteria. Arredamento rustico e moderno e colori caldi ... Siamo stati accompagnati al tavolo da personale molto gentile personale gentile e altrettanto gentile è stato il maitre e il personale di sala.
Venendo alla cucina I piatti sono tutti di qualità eccellente e ben presentati ma , personalmente, penso che le porzioni potrebbero essere un tantino piu' abbondanti. prezzi un po' alti ma in linea con altri ristoranti dello stesso livello. Qualità eccellente, piatti presentati con molta cura, anche se non abbondanti. Completissima la carta dei vini (proposta su tablet) parecchie etichette a prezzi in linea con l'offerta.
Prezzi un tantino sopra la media ma... la località , la qualità e la professionalità si pagano.
