A unique place, fast and professional service, and a very nice guy. The food is really good, including the torta fritta (fried dumpling) appetizer and the very good schiacciata (flatbread). The horse meat strips and tortelli with various flavors are also delicious. Reservations are recommended.

A pleasant surprise along the road to Varano. Everything was delicious and well-prepared: a wide selection of tortelli (leek, herbs, fennel, pumpkin, beetroot, etc.), fantastic chocolate cake, and unparalleled homemade gelato! Refined furnishings and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!

After eight years, I've realized my dream of returning to Osteria delle Vigne for lunch...it's worth the almost two-hour drive to eat fabulous tortelli, torta fritta, and a uniquely flavorful focaccia...all in a traditional, family-friendly atmosphere. Compliments to the kitchen and table service!!! Highly recommended.

A typical Parma trattoria in a refined and tasteful atmosphere. The food is excellent, and the waiters are very friendly. The tortelli (especially the beetroot and herb ones) and the stuffed brisket are excellent. Prices are in line with the quality of the ingredients.

⸻ We first came here after being invited to a very exclusive birthday party at a nearby racetrack. That evening, our host brought us to this incredible restaurant—and ever since, we’ve been loyal customers! We live in Germany and now plan every trip to Italy around visiting this amazing family-run gem. The tortelli are simply the best we’ve ever had—freshly handmade every day, unbelievably tasty! The family is incredibly kind, and the atmosphere is warm, authentic, and welcoming. On our last visit, they even invited us into their spotless and very clean kitchen to show us how they prepare their pasta and focaccia—such a special moment! The prices are more than fair for the outstanding quality. Honestly, every bad review is a joke—this place is pure excellence in every way. A true gem we’ll never miss!

Good morning everyone, If you happen to pass through the CISA motorway, and have time for lunch or dinner, I strongly recommend you exit at Fornovo and get to Viazzano (about 6 km) and try the OSTERIA DELLE VIGNE, a true experience of authentic flavors, excellent cuisine and top quality ingredients, you can perceive in every dish presented a true passion in offering the guest a carefully prepared dish starting from the dough of the ancient grain focaccia, homemade ravioli with simple and tasty fillings and so on, finishing with desserts that I invite you to taste. I thank the entire team that works to offer these excellences, a special greeting to the Oste for the sympathy.

Qualità dei prodotti eccellente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e porzioni sicuramente abbondanti, e questa è la recensione di mio marito. Per quanto mi riguarda, volevo sottolineare la gentilezza del personale, avevo avvisato di avere problemi seri di alimentazione e avendo visto la mia comanda sono venuti dalla cucina per avvisarmi che quel piatto non andava bene x me. Non finirò mai di ringraziarli. Non ho potuto godere della loro cucina, ma questo per me è stato molto più importante!

Sosta pranzo con amici. Ottima scelta. Assaggio di grana offerto... poi mix tortelli eccezionali x i sapori e pasta sfoglia leggerissima, complimenti!!! Anche guanciale con polenta e punta di vitello...degno di nota!!. Ambiente carino e tranquillo. Buon servizio. Conto nella normalità. Da consigliare anche x il semifreddo zabaione e cioccolato. Da non perdere
