An excellent restaurant with a unique menu featuring dishes that reflect the traditions of Abruzzo and Molise, reinterpreted with a modern twist. The wine list is excellent. The desserts are delicious and unique, and well worth trying. The chef was very kind, even coming to the table at the end of the meal for a chat and offering us aperitifs. Recommended

22/01/2026: I attended a wedding at the New Gilda restaurant and it was a truly enchanting experience. The location is breathtaking: elegant, refined, welcoming, perfect for such an important event as a wedding. Not to mention the food, it was truly sublime. Excellent dishes, both in quality and presentation, from start to finish... like the dessert buffet and the confetti buffet, everything was perfect and delicious. Special praise also goes to all the waiting staff: impeccable, elegant in their service, and always extremely polite and professional. A restaurant I absolutely recommend!

05/11/2025: We came here for lunch during our visit to Chieti at the suggestion of our b&b’s owner. They were booked for dinner so we went for lunch and were so glad we did. Everything was wonderful, the views, the food, the service!! We left extremely full and happy. It’s a fixed menu with a set price. We had a bit of trouble finding the restaurant so we walked there from another location after asking for directions.
