Excellent food and a stunning view, a discovery above La Spezia that we'll definitely be back for. It doesn't offer a wide selection of dishes, but that's the key to good food: stuffed mussels and skewers are phenomenal. Highly recommended!

Great restaurant, the food is excellent from starter to dessert. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The view is breathtaking. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the dishes. If I come back to La Spezia I will eat there again.

01/02/2026: Friendly staff, nice place. I was there on Saturday evening. We sat down at 8:20 and ordered at 8:40, two appetizers and a first course. The first order arrived at 9:00 PM. The stuffed mussels were good, the salmon was so-so, and the seafood linguine was average. We finished around 9:20 PM, taking our time, and waited a good 45 minutes. The grilled meat was nothing special, and the spaghetti was a good one. The wine was a Pinot Grigio, but the wine list wasn't the one listed on the menu. As for dessert, the tiramisu was very good! Overall... I won't be back... I wasn't thrilled and the wait was too long.

Ristorante del Hotel Meri

28/12/2025: We had lunch on December 27th, having discovered it online, but I have to say we ate really well (my husband and I only had one first course each, after having eaten our fill the previous two days). The owner and chef were kind, friendly, and professional. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back!!
09/10/2025: This summer we stayed here for over two weeks and had a wonderful time, along with our dog. The breakfasts are prepared with carefully selected ingredients, and the hotel rooms are beautiful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Add to that the fact that one of the most beautiful seas in that part of Liguria is just a five-minute drive, bus ride, or a pleasant walk away...all in all, highly recommended, especially for the kindness of the staff.
