Very nice place, friendly and good service. We had a house appetizer (excellent) and two very good first courses. We will definitely be back to try the second courses... typical dishes of Brescian cuisine...

We ordered the skewer menu with dirty soup. The skewer was quite heavy, and even in the dirty soup, the pasta wasn't homemade. Overall, it wasn't bad, but I've had better skewers.

I'm sorry it only has 5 stars because I'd give it 20!
We called at the last minute to have lunch, and they welcomed us without any problems. The atmosphere is familiar, very clean, and simple, like the osterias of old.
The menu features traditional dishes and has a good selection, without being overwhelming like some places where you're faced with four hundred different options.
The Casoncelli are homemade, and the filling is perfectly balanced, allowing you to taste the various ingredients in your mouth.
The fresh, high-quality tartare was accompanied by two sauces.
The sirloin was out of this world: flavorful, tender, and juicy thanks to the herbs in the marinade. They didn't ask how done it was, and I admit I was a little worried (I love rare meat), but it was cooked perfectly.
It melted in your mouth.
Excellent wine selection with a well-stocked cellar. I appreciated the knowledge of the person who brought us the wine, who also described the aromas and flavors of what we were drinking.
The selection of desserts was also excellent, all strictly homemade.
The panna cotta was very good, but the sorbets were also excellent. My absolute favorite was the black mulberry one with berries and gin. I could have licked the bowl, it was so spectacular. Delicious. Not at all cloying and refreshing: on a hot day like today, I admit, I would have eaten another 3 😆.
I really appreciated the service: professional and friendly, with great attention to intolerances. They always made sure none of us had any allergies or intolerances.

Really nice tavern, the environment is elegant, clean and welcoming. Very kind staff, highly qualified and prepared on food intolerances; you can see that they work with passion. Finally a place where you can eat typical dishes in a gluten-free version: really excellent casoncelli. They also have tables outside: a plus for summer dinners. Absolutely adequate price. We will definitely be back!

Ho scelto quest’osteria spulciando la guida delle osterie d’Italia ed è stata una scelta super azzeccata. Nel menù compaiono numerosi presidi Slow Food, interessantissimi gli antipasti di salumi, alcuni particolari della zona. Ottimi i malfatti al burro fuso, senza infamia e senza lode il manzo all’olio. Buon vino rosso della casa.
Il personale è gentile e disponibile e la veranda esterna è fresca e rilassante.
Se capitate in zona la consiglio vivamente!

We had lunch in the outdoor room, attentive and courteous staff, excellent food with attention to detail starting from the appetizers to the casoncelli alla bresciana, summer cod and rabbit with polenta, all accompanied by a very good Piedmontese white wine "Darthona".

Trattasi di una caratteristica osteria sita a Gussago a conduzione familiare, il locale è semplice e accogliente. Personale gentile, garbato mai invadente. Pranzo pasquale veramente meritevole, buono l'antipasto con prodotti di qualità, ottimi sia i Malfatti che il risotto, non da meno il controfiletto ed il capretto e per finire un discreto Bossolà.
