The menu, with your eyes closed, is a journey of exploration led by the extraordinary chef, who uses the selected wine as a starting point. On our last evening's dinner, the appetizer of raw shrimp, foie gras, and candied pumpkin in osmosis was "moving."

07/12/2025: A delicious lunch in a fairytale location.
A pleasant experience with my brothers-in-law and cousins. Every dish was exquisite, starting with the rich welcome aperitif with countless appetizers, each more delicious than the last, followed by a lasagna with root vegetables, mushrooms, and anchovy sauce that was simply marvelous. For the main course, a rich duck à l'orange, and finally a dessert that for us Piedmontese is truly the best: hazelnut cake, zabaglione, creamy hazelnut gelato...the best.
As a final treat, many small sweet bites...wonderful.
Chef Stefano came to chat with us right at the table, which we really appreciated.
