I always stop for dinner when passing through Bologna, and over the past few years I've consistently found the ingredients to be high-quality, the preparation excellent, and the service courteous and professional from the owner and his staff. A complimentary gift at the beginning and end of the dinner confirmed everything I think of this place: everything good. A heartfelt thanks to the owner and his staff.

I had dinner with some colleagues for a business dinner. Although we apologized for not calling because we were two people short due to last-minute absences, the host was not very pleasant throughout the dinner. Besides being clearly annoyed by the above issue, he gave some unkind responses to me and my colleagues.
That said, the atmosphere is very pleasant and typical of a traditional osteria. The food was also very good, with dishes carefully prepared using high-quality ingredients.
I hope it was just a bad night, because otherwise the restaurant is worth it!

I chose this osteria to celebrate my graduation. Everything was perfect: the quality of the food and ingredients, the portion sizes, which were well-balanced despite a full dinner, and which didn't weigh anyone down, and the level and courtesy of the service. A bonus also for their willingness to make up for one of my shortcomings (two vegetarian guests, which I had failed to inform of at the outset) by promptly replacing the agreed-upon dishes with top-notch vegetarian alternatives. Highly recommended. And kudos to Edoardo and his dining room and kitchen staff.

What a great “old school” restaurant. The food was simple and delicious and the waitstaff was friendly and worked hard to speak English for us which we really appreciated!
We were suggested this spot by a local cab driver as a real locals’ spot and it didn’t disappoint.

Antipasti tipici di livello e primi eccellenti.
Dolci davvero apprezzati.

Tortellini perfetti. Brodo perfetto. Anatra meravigliosa. Semifreddo al torrone un po' troppo pannoso ma molto buono.
Ma - dice un proverbio - "Non si metta nel commercio chi non sa sorridere".
Due cameriere. Una proprio 'no'. Auguro a lei e al locale che fosse una serata sbagliata. Capita a tutti. Ma con un cuoco così... forse merita altro
