It's a rare pleasure when you leave a restaurant at the end of your first visit and it exceeds all your expectations. I entered this beautiful restaurant without knowing what to expect and left feeling overwhelmed by the way you were made to feel like you were being welcomed into someone's home. The owner oversees the restaurant personally and on this occasion we were very lucky to have him serving us, what a pleasure. We didn't know we were being served by the owner until the dinner was nearly finished but he treated us with kindness and made excellent conversation and menu recommendations. The food was worthy of a Michelin star but with prices that were very reasonable. The wine selection, the food, and the desert were all top shelf 😋😋. After we finished we were even greated by the chef who we complimented. An excellent gastronomic experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, refined, and welcoming. The ingredients are of the highest quality, treated with respect and great skill. The service is impeccable: the staff is courteous, attentive, and never intrusive. The wine selection is also remarkable, with some impressive labels. I highly recommend the tasting menu for a complete journey through local flavors, and don't miss their truly exquisite cappun magro. A safe haven for those seeking quality and courtesy.

Truly poor quality lean capon with little fish, lots of sauce, and 2 shrimp. Garnished with bagged salad. Really bland main course, also bagged salad and octopus with a hospital-quality mashed potatoes. A glass of poor quality wine. For three people, €150. I won't say more.

The best black truffle ravioli and, above all, the best margarita in town! Congratulations! ✨

Truly excellent dining experience. Attentive services. Good wines to accompany the dishes, while the dishes merit the visit, I would reckon, more than the wines.

My wife and I went for dinner after reading many positive reviews and having fairly high expectations. The restaurant is well-maintained, and the service is attentive, perhaps even overly so: very attentive but at times intrusive. Unfortunately, the dining experience didn't live up to the restaurant's reputation. The appetizer I ordered (calamari with pumpkin) was unbalanced: the pumpkin was overly sweet, with too much butter/oil, and it completely lacked a balanced acidity. I left a good portion, and no one asked us why. The first courses were disappointing. The mixed seafood pasta was adequate but unremarkable: the flavors weren't punchy, "you couldn't taste the sea." My wife ordered spaghetti with garlic, oil, chili pepper, shrimp, and burrata: the dish tasted nothing like garlic, oil, or chili pepper; the burrata covered everything, making the dish flat and lacking in character. In short: plenty of form, but little substance. The dishes are "ordinary," lacking personality or depth of flavor, and don't justify the price tag. With more careful attention to balance, technique, and the dishes' identity, the experience could be significantly improved. For now, however, we definitely expected more.

We went there for New Year's Eve. The restaurant offered a set 10-course menu for €150 per person. One of the waiters, the older one, clearly knew his stuff, and we received excellent service from him. However, the younger ones still have some catching up to do 😅, like clearing away the first empty glasses once we brought fresh ones. As for the food, it was good without being exceptional, and a little more attention could be paid to the presentation. Overall, we had a pleasant evening and enjoyed our meal, but €150 per person is definitely not justified. We'll try it again on a regular night.

The food was excellent, but not unexpected! The appetizer was delicious: raw purple shrimp and a delicious focaccia crumble; the first course was a fantastic pasta dish with potatoes and seafood! And finally, a dessert that would be an understatement to call just dessert! Well done, Silvia!
