The food is undoubtedly worthy of tasting, with well-balanced flavours, although slightly savory for my taste.
The table service is impeccable, attentive and professional, and the waiting times were adequate.
The atmosphere perfectly recalls the Piedmontese tradition, offering a warm and welcoming environment, frequented by a medium-high level clientele.
I recommend it.

Very pleasant restaurant, a great discovery and an address that I will keep for a future return to Cuneo. A predominantly local clientele, efficient service, a simple and appetizing menu, a very extensive wine list (mostly Nebbiolo).
I recommend because the value for money is excellent and the Michelin citation is deserved.

Excellent
The raw meat chopped with a knife is quite good, the entrecote is a little too tough and the braised meat is absolutely insufficient. Good service, acceptable environment. Very good desserts. In total local advisable if the demands are not too high. Prices a little high.

Remarkable restaurant, visited several times. High quality. All excellent, especially tajarin, ravioli del plin and ravioli. Special second courses, both sliced, guinea fowl and trout. Try the Fassona. Let us advise you on the off-menu options (I chose some excellent fried mushrooms). Important cellar and vast and well-balanced choice. Homemade desserts and done very well. Very pleasant place, in summer possibility of outdoor tables in the middle of the streets of Cuneo, characteristic landscape. Service usually very friendly and helpful. On weekends and during the evenings of illuminated wedge, it is often full, there may be slightly longer waits than necessary, obviously caused by the presence of several diners. But it is an experience worth having, a place recommended by slow food guides

I highly recommend it if you are in Cuneo, especially in the historic center. Nice place, good service and quality raw materials. Everything we ate was truly excellent with a special mention for the cardoon terrine with bagna cauda and the snails in spicy stew with puree. It is said that here you can eat the best panna cotta in Italy. The cut, the joke, the tajarin and the ris e con ravioli are excellent. We will definitely be back.

Locale informale, servizio rapido personale gentile e professionale. Buoni i tagliolini con tartufo, secondo fonduta con tartufo ma non pervenuto il sapore, il formaggio era troppo forte e si sentiva solo quello. Ottimo il dessert panna cotta, la migliore che abbia mai assaggiato. Prezzi nella norma, il proprietario mi ha fatto uno sconto sul secondo e l ho apprezzato. Il locale lo consiglierei evitando la fonduta con tartufo. È meglio prenotare.

Locale tipicissimo in centro, con un'offerta di carta dei vini galattica, a prezzi corretti.. la cucina, se si prende uno dei due menu, da 37 € con 4 portate, da 42 € con 5 portate, ha un rapporto qualità/prezzo ancora migliore.. proposte della cucina tipiche del territorio, esecuzione pari alle attese. Servizio, come già letto in qualche altra recensione, non manierosissimo, forse anche per la conformazione della sala, dove i tavoli sono "fitti", benchè la vista, con tutte le bottiglie e l'allestimento sia gradevole.
