Everything is excellent without being pretentious. The cuisine is top-notch. Excellent and extensive wine cellar. For wine, let yourself be guided by their expert advice (they don't give any advice on consumption), you'll never be disappointed!

Good restaurant with tasting and à la carte menu. I give 4 stars for food because I didn't like the meat for my second course (sub-palette...). My colleague ate the tagliatelle which was excellent. In any case, I recommend finding them and trying Piedmontese food with quality ingredients.

27/04/2025: One of the few authentic Piedmontese trattorias that have survived the general decay. Three cold appetizers, two hot, two first courses, two second courses with side dishes, two desserts for €25. All strictly homemade, light but super tasty. It felt like I was eating at my grandmother's house again. Let's hope he manages to keep the traditions alive! GOOD
