I've been going there occasionally for years, and I have to say they never compromise on quality. Excellent wine list.

We were looking for a restaurant for lunch. We consulted Google and chose "La Chiocciola." Traditional Piedmontese dishes. Veal with tuna sauce, gnocco with trout and fresh artichokes, plin pasta with roast beef sauce, two panna cottas, microfiltered water, a glass of sparkling wine, and two coffees for €70.00. Good value. A little disappointed with the panna cotta. We'll definitely be back.

Five stars also due to the overall exprience, nothing out of the ordinary but we felt right at home, friendly staff and yes...english still a bit of a challenge but for us this is part of that atmosphere too :). Very nice food and the panna cotta was indeed the best we ever had (so far)

Everything was excellent, from appetizers to desserts. The panna cotta is truly one of the best. A real treat!

An excellent Michelin-starred restaurant...in the city center, this restaurant occupies a classic, dated building. It features a renovated dining room on the ground floor and a larger room upstairs, boasting a beautiful wooden ceiling. The wall cabinet, where the bottles from the cellar take center stage, is also noteworthy.
The food and wine were obviously perfect. The star removed for the service is because slightly larger dishes would have been more appropriate.

Upon entering, the restaurant features a long bar, which then opens into a first room with a few tables for dining and a well-stocked wine cellar. Next to the cellar is a staircase leading to the upper floor. So far, everything is fairly standard... trattoria style. Upstairs is a beautiful dining room with coffered ceilings and a few tables. The restoration of the room is very successful, incorporating historic elements of the house with a touch of modernity in the furnishings.
The food is excellent and the service impeccable; the waitresses are very kind, witty, unobtrusive, and knowledgeable in presenting the dishes.
I gave the ambiance 4 stars only because the entrance, which at first glance doesn't reflect the rest of the restaurant, and the nearly 40 years of experience in top-quality catering.
Recommended.

The place is stunning, with a meticulously maintained dining room and a beautiful table setting, featuring large tables that are truly comfortable.
The turning point of the evening was finding white truffles, an infinite joy! The egg coquette with truffle was delicious. I also had the plin with brown stock, which were very good, although I would have used more brown stock to make them perfect.
To finish off on a high note, I had the trio of desserts: the great thing is that you can choose which three to create from the menu. I went for the warm heart tart, nougat semifreddo, and bunet... all delicious, perfect if you're unsure or have a sweet tooth. All accompanied by a Trentino Schiava.
