After many years, we finally managed to taste a panissa like our grandmothers used to make, but not only that, many other traditional dishes, accompanied by good wines and the courtesy and friendliness of the owner (assisted by his mother in the dining room). Excellent value, definitely worth a try.

A small reality that helps make a small village great! Many traditional Piedmontese dishes and lots of creativity and experimentation by chef Fabio. Excellent panissa, excellent fish carpione... try the veal tuna ravioli!

Tried this restaurant by chance while passing by. We had a great time, starting with the courtesy of the staff in the dining room and continuing of course with the dishes ordered. The panissa was fabulous. I would say that I will do everything to return and I highly recommend it to everyone. Family management, the gentleman in the dining room is very friendly

12/11/2025: Dinner in a setting perfect for a pleasant chat with friends. The outside setting is romantic, with lots of fairy lights creating a blur amidst the darkness of the surrounding fields. Truly excellent food!

07/12/2025: It's been a couple of years since we last hosted a dinner with friends, and honestly, not much has changed. The same traditional atmosphere and excellent food, and the hospitality from all the staff met the same standards as always. Congratulations on the excellent organization.
