We went for dinner two Saturdays ago, the place is welcoming and not too big, perfect for spending a quiet evening with family or friends.
The staff is very kind and prepared.
The very friendly Chef recommends the wine to pair with the chosen menu (I had an excellent Sardinian wine).
The dishes are well presented and of high quality, you can see the care and passion they put into each dish.
We will return soon to spend another pleasant evening.

Excellent trattoria in the heart of the Vercelli rice fields. You can enjoy traditional local dishes including the inevitable panissa. Quality raw materials. Entrance with a single room there. About fifteen tables. Kindness of the staff. Better to book.

Authentic Piedmontese tavern, the Slow Food guide is not wrong and the place is worth the visit.
Excellent dishes and the right portions, an impressive wine list and excellent service make it the perfect place for a lunch or dinner with a few friends. Reservation is recommended also because there are not many seats.
Fair prices.

The place is very nice, cozy and impeccably clean.

Before starting the review I read other people's reviews, I start with the worst and then the best as usual, what can I say, there are some great characters.
I've been going to the place occasionally for years, today I decided to write a review, it more than rightly deserves it.
Fabio is a person who is not a restaurateur for work, but for passion and he behaves as such.
He admits if he makes mistakes and is always open to discussion, unfortunately he has the misfortune that in an attempt to be a cook I bother him about some recipe.
He has chosen a local cuisine that he interprets and cooks with passion, he is keen to drink well and therefore offers his customers a very varied wine list.
When he has the time he willingly passes between the tables for a chat, with the risk of my harassment.

It was chance that brought me to this Osteria
The name certainly intrigued me and took me back in time, the first time there was no room, the location is small and very welcoming, it is important to book in advance, we chose the panissa menu, I didn't know this dish, it was a nice surprise, even the excellent veal with tuna sauce. super desserts!!
We will definitely return to taste the dishes on the à la carte menu, which are very appealing. And then what can I say, we felt welcomed with kindness, professionalism and attention to detail was important!!

Un pur moment de bonheur et de chaleur. De l'accueil, au choix, à la carte des vins, au cadre et aux discussions sympathiques avec la famille qui gère ce joli établissement, tout était parfait. Idéal pour les amateurs de risotto car on est dans la région et ils savent mettre en valeur leur production locale. Mais que ce soit la battuta ou les pâtes, tout est délicieux. On y reviendra.
