Typical place of the lower Vercelli area, where you can still find particularly good cured meats and a homemade giardiniera of vegetables! The panissa is one of the best I have eaten in recent times, perfect cooking and flavor, in conclusion an apple pie (perhaps a little high) like my mother used to make, expertly accompanied by a scoop of cinnamon ice cream. In short, we will return to try the other proposals.

with the right intimacy, tidy and original.
Reservations required as places are limited.
Wonderful lunch, always attentive and friendly service, in addition to the attentions of the helpful and always smiling chef in explaining what is on the table and encouraging you to make choices among the various delicacies offered.
A place to enjoy authentic, good and abundant cuisine.
You can feel the passion and care in the dishes.

A special thank you to everyone also for an off-menu at the end... to conclude with praise for a delicious lunch.
We went for dinner two Saturdays ago, the place is welcoming and not too big, perfect for spending a quiet evening with family or friends.
The staff is very kind and prepared.
The very friendly Chef recommends the wine to pair with the chosen menu (I had an excellent Sardinian wine).
The dishes are well presented and of high quality, you can see the care and passion they put into each dish.
We will return soon to spend another pleasant evening.

Excellent trattoria in the heart of the Vercelli rice fields. You can enjoy traditional local dishes including the inevitable panissa. Quality raw materials. Entrance with a single room there. About fifteen tables. Kindness of the staff. Better to book.
