A must-try...even if you're just passing through. The food is satisfying...the portions are always plentiful and the flavor is excellent. Prices are extremely reasonable. Just one piece of advice...come in with an empty stomach, really. You'll leave feeling full, even more so. IlLele is an extraordinary host...his staff is always smiling and helpful...not to mention incredibly friendly. Recommended for singles or couples, but also for noisy tables...try it.

What a discovery! Huge portions, a friendly atmosphere and staff, delicious dishes, excellent service—the kind of authentic trattoria where, after the first visit, you already know you'll be back. The pappardelle with porcini mushrooms are stellar. Agnolotti with ragù is out of this world. Braised Cappello del prete (priest's hat) is out of this world. Amazing broccoli rabe! Homemade desserts, a delight. They even offered us a house liqueur. Prices? Very fair! Top!!

We chose Osteria del Povero Lele for Sunday lunch. The place is very unique and welcoming, and the staff makes you feel at home and pampers you. The dishes are plentiful and delicious; we ordered a platter to share and the handmade ravioli with braised beef sauce. Definitely worth a try if you're in the city and looking for traditional, no-frills cuisine.
We'll definitely be back to try other dishes! EXCELLENT value for money!

É molto tempo che non scrivo una recensione, ma questo locale dove siamo stati ieri sera per cena dopo aver letto molteplici recensioni positive, si merita tutte le stelle.
Personale accogliente, piatti abbondanti e quello che non sia o riusciti a finire ce lo hanno dato da portare a casa.
Non aspettatevi impiattamenti da ristoranti stellati ma la qualitá prezzo è ottima.
Vi torneremo sicuramente.
