Really typical and welcoming place. We were not particularly impressed with the food and found it to be very rich in seasoning. We didn't find any side vegetables available as we arrived a little later (around 2.30pm)... in the end the lady still brought us an accompanying vegetable but let's say that it left us a bit perplexed

We went to this restaurant for lunch, in the heart of Bevagna.
We had a wild boar appetizer with salami and wild boar mortadella, accompanied by small pizzas made with water and flour, and it was all delicious.
We had 2 first courses and a second course: priest's hats and fettuccine with artichokes, good, even if, subjectively, I expected more from the fettuccine. The second was the grilled cockerel, very good.
Overall we ate well and had a great time: exceptional service with very friendly and helpful staff.
I recommend it to anyone visiting Bevagna.

Everything excellent!
Excellent food with high quality raw materials.
Menu with typical Umbrian dishes but also Sicilian specialties (given the origin of the owner 😜) we will definitely be back!
Thanks to the attentive and courteous waitress.
If I really wanted to be fussy about everything I would say to put a little stronger light but it's just a very personal taste!

Today I was lucky enough to take a walk in the splendid village of Bevagna. It's time for lunch and I find this restaurant on my street and decide to go in.
Very nice family-run place, run by Salvatore and his children.
I ate and drank divinely.
Highly recommended!
I will definitely come back.

Durante la visita al bel borgo di Bevagna ci fermiamo a pranzo in questa osteria.
Bell'ambiente interno, c'è anche l'esterno ma visto il caldo preferiamo evitare.
Prendiamo dei buoni primi, gnocchi pesto di Rucola e mandorle e dei tortelli con ripieno di formaggio e noci fonduta di ceci e Pancetta croccante. Discreti anche i dolci, forse non troppo abbondanti.
Devo dire un buon indirizzo in un bel contesto storico.

Grazie alla cucina straordinaria di Salvatore e all'eccellente servizio di Loidana e di tutto lo staff (intera famiglia), anche in questa occasione abbiamo passato una piacevolissima serata. Tutto buonissimo (sia antipasti che primi) e ben presentato. Ottimo il sagrantino. Consigliatissimo!
