Delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location. I recommend it!

On a cloudy day, we decided to stroll through the village of Marciana, and why not stop here? Great place, with a breathtaking view! What can I say? The dishes speak for themselves, and the service is excellent!

A quaint, slightly retro tavern located at the top of Marciana. We dined on the terrace, surrounded by greenery, enjoying a beautiful view and a delightful breeze. The homemade bread was excellent, baked in-house. This is the first restaurant to install plastic partitions between tables to protect guests. I had excellent octopus.

Recommended by locals. It's located in the historic center of Marciana next to the fortress. It's a small but very charming village, difficult to park; the restaurant has no parking. To get there, you have to drive 40 minutes along winding roads, and it's quite high compared to Marciana Marina. Nice location with both outdoor (few) and indoor tables. Reservations are required, and please specify if you're looking for a table on the terrace (with a view). They have two sittings: 7:30 PM and 9:00 PM (note that in the case of a second sitting, even if a table is available, they won't let you in (??!! Meh!)). The staff is very kind, although the lady taking orders seems to be in a hurry to send your order to the kitchen. If she sees you're hesitant, she'll rush you... annoying! The pressure was so much that I ordered the wrong appetizer. A few minutes after ordering, I asked for a change, but she refused, saying the dish was already ready... too bad it took half an hour to arrive, and it was cold... The first courses are very good (fregola), as are the off-menu dishes (fish). Average prices are around €50-60.00 per person (the same goes for children; they're considered adults even if they only order one dish). Overall, I recommend it if you want to see the village; honestly, going there just for the restaurant isn't a good idea...

We discovered this place 5 years ago, and returned twice during our stay. The cuisine is meticulously prepared using exceptional ingredients. The place is enchanting in the summer, where you can enjoy a fantastic dinner under the portico. The staff is very friendly and offers excellent recommendations. Reservations are essential. It's worth it.

Il ristorante gode di una bella veranda con vista panoramica. La qualità del cibo e del vino è davvero ottima, e il servizio è cortese e molto professionale. Abbiamo trascorso una splendida serata!

Abbiamo scoperto questo posto per caso, e a parte la vista spettacolare siamo stati accolti da persone gentilissime che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Abbiamo anche un cane abbastanza grande, che hanno trattato con gentilezza assoluta. Cibo e vino ottimi, ma le foto parlano da sole. Se dovessimo tornare all’isola d’Elba sicuramente torneremmo da loro. Ciao ragazzi e grazie di tutto! :) ❤️ Marika, Pietro e Ringo
