3rd time I eat here in 3 years, it is still the best place I have ever eaten in Elba. A personal 10/10, except I haven't tried the desserts, as I don't eat sugar.

Marciana is a small village at 375 meters above sea level where it seems that time has stopped and the Osteria del Noce fits well into this context. The terrace where you can eat has a spectacular view of Marciana Marina. The food is good, both fish and meat, but most of all their walnut cake is superb. Very kind and attentive staff.

JULY 2024:
We returned and were more satisfied than last time! Everything was delicious (shrimp for starter highly recommended). The walnut dessert still a great finale. Very friendly and familiar staff!
p.s.: squid is no longer on the menu.
2023:
Overall good food. Second course (grilled squid) very good, first courses not exciting but good. The dessert (walnut cake) definitely turned the meal around: delicious! Absolutely worth taking.
We had booked asking to stay on the terrace. They actually put us on the terrace, but right at the entrance to the place, where moreover the view was covered by the plants.
I recommend, once there, to ask to choose the table or at least ask explicitly.

What a great evening we had at l’Osteria del Noce! Amazing, lovely and attentive service, great food and the perfect view. We had fish as first and main course and everything was delicious. We can only warmly recommend it and will most likely go back as well!
