A very unique place. The owner is friendly and welcoming. The menu is excellent, especially the peppered prosciutto. If you're in a hurry, this isn't the place.

Wonderfull little Italian restaurant in the historic centre of Spoleto. The restaurant serves a fixed menu. Then you get around seven courses of the traditional Italian menu and a bottle of red or white wine. The dishes are served by the owner, who likes to talk a lot with the guests and he makes a lot of jokes. His mom is the cook. The food is delicious. The atmosphere in the little restaurant is great. It is wonderfull decorated and has only room dor about thirty guests. Real value for money.

The food is truly delicious, everything freshly prepared. Authentic food. We've been there before, and I'll definitely be back if I return to Spoleto.

Family atmosphere, with a high-quality set menu. Well-cooked food by Grandma Santina and her family. Her beautiful grandchildren wait tables after school. They deserve a special mention... 👏👏👏

The food was mediocre but the ambiance was eclectic and really fun. I loved the fixed price menu and being surprised by what dish comes next. We were lucky to get a table, so be sure to come on the earlier side (or make a reservation).

Very original concept where the menu exclusively is set (currently at €27 per person) and varies depending on what the family have bought at market that day - plus veggies from their own garden.
Front of house is Proietti Filippo, a real character, with his son as head waiter and mother & sister in the kitchen. A real family affair and wonderful food, the best for us was Strangozzi with Porcini & Truffle. Carafes of vino rosso or bianco for €5 wash it all down nicely.

The chef, Santina, a true old-fashioned lady with a knack for cooking, makes each course (chosen daily by the host) a dreamlike experience. The location is fantastic, transporting you straight back to times gone by. If I could give it more stars, I would... not just a lunch/dinner... but a return to the true, authentic roots. Among the many delights on offer (all excellent), a tribute to bruschetta with pan-fried San Marzano tomatoes and strangozzi all'amatriciana, a true delight... It doesn't feel like a restaurant, but rather lunch at grandma's.

The most enchanting place I've ever eaten. Music, colors, and admiration complemented one of the best dinners of my life.
Pure improvisation, a meeting of simplicity and indulgence, powerful dishes and crazy uniqueness.
I recommend it to anyone who appreciates life, honesty, and the unknown.
