The food was good, but the portions were too small. The service was very slow; we left from 7:15 PM until 10:00 PM. The customer needs to be taken care of from start to finish. We had high expectations, but we were disappointed. What a shame.

Fantastic lunch. The set menu is a real plus in a place like this. Home-made flavors, tradition. The chef is wonderful, coming over during lunch/dinner to make sure everything is fine. Very welcoming location. I absolutely recommend it.

Positive experience last night. Excellent food, super fair prices, very friendly owner who tells the real story of Spoleto. It will become my regular stop. I recommend it to everyone.

09/03/2026: I think it's the best restaurant in the area. Excellent food. I had made a reservation for my group of forty people and we arrived precisely at the scheduled time, but we had to wait an hour to be served. We chose the tourist menu, which had been pre-arranged days in advance. Only three people opted for the à la carte menu, where they ordered much less than the tourist menu. In the end, they had to pay the same amount as the others, which wasn't fair at all. I highly recommend it, but if you're bringing groups, set the conditions in advance, otherwise they'll overcharge.
04/03/2026: The place is very large, a bit disorganized, and the menu is a bit limited, but the quality of the products is excellent. Worth a visit.

Taverna San Silvestro

16/12/2025: Typical, rustic, highly recommended! A unique and excellent tavern nestled in the charming village of Collepino. Traditional dishes and fresh ingredients are excellently prepared. A welcoming, traditional, family atmosphere, and Niky is very friendly and helpful. Organized, relaxed, and reasonably priced. They let our dog in with no problem. A round of liqueurs and coffee is offered. If you're not into gourmet cuisine and excessive prices, this is where you should refuel!
