A quaint osteria with a limited menu, but truly delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. When the owner realized that four of us were crowded at the table assigned to us, she spontaneously offered to move us to a larger table, apologizing for the mix-up. Truly rare. The food was very good, and the portions were just right.

Osteria del Gallo is a traditional and welcoming restaurant in the heart of one of the Lake Iseo villages, famous for its tench. The atmosphere is authentic, like that of a true osteria: spacious, elegant, and charming. I recommend making a reservation, as it's often very popular. There's little to say about the food: everything was exquisite. We started with an excellent mixed lake fish appetizer, featuring several well-prepared and flavorful selections. Don't miss the baked tench, a signature dish of the area. If you're in season, the tagliatelle with duck ragù is an explosion of authentic and intense flavors. Also not to be missed are the casonsei, a traditional local dish, which are absolutely worth a try. The house wine was excellent, perfectly paired with the dishes. The prices were very fair for the quality and authenticity found in every dish. Special praise goes to Niccolò, the waiter who accompanied us throughout dinner with great professionalism and courtesy, making the evening even more enjoyable. A place that captures the essence of Lake Iseo: tradition, flavor, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Great quality food in a really nice place with a history. The service was really nice and helpful. You do need to reserve a place before coming because it’s usually booked. We had ravioli and fettuccine with tiramisu.

Caratteristica ed accogliente osteria nel cuore di Como, servizio cortese, menù limitato come ci si aspetta da un'osteria tradizionale con piatti che rispettano la stagionalità dei prodotti. Buoni i formaggi e le verdure, saporiti i primi piatti, prezzi onesti.

Es un restaurante de comida casera. La carta no es muy extensa pero suficiente. Buena relacion calidad- precio. Servicio amable.
