If you are passing through Como, remember to book a table at Osteria del Gallo a few days in advance because it is a very popular place. The pasta is delicious and the meats too. The atmosphere is typically that of an old-fashioned Italian osteria. I loved it!

Fabulous for an introduction to Lake Como. Typical osteria with a very warm welcome in French. Typical and tasty dishes with good local wine. Delicatessen with extraordinary availability.

Locale in centro, location tipica e molto accogliente. Antipasti buonissimi così come i secondi. Dolce ottimo. La cucina è tipica e tradizionale, molto genuina. Consiglio di prenotare. Personale gentilissimo! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

20/02/2025: Delicious and good service Basil pesto pasta was really delicious The aperitif bread was the most delicious I've ever had in Italy (I enjoyed it because it wasn't old and hard like other restaurants).
