Spartan location and perhaps a little too simple, but being a tavern I expected a warmer environment. Service not really prepared often had to ask in the kitchen. The menu was certainly good but decidedly low in quantity, I ate very little. On the downside, for what I ate, 27 euros per person seems excessive to me, with 30 euros in other places you can eat just enough and you won't leave hungry. I've wanted to go to that restaurant for a long time and it was always full. I ate well with good service, clean place and very friendly staff. I'll be back.

Traditional cuisine, well prepared dishes, friendly and informal atmosphere, clean, honest prices. It is certainly worth diverting your route or planning a trip to the surrounding area to have an excuse to return to have dinner there.

22/11/2024: Eccellente ristorante tipico a Sarnano, in provincia di Macerata. Bellissima la location su una baita ai piedi della montagna lungo la strada che conduce a Sassotetto. Rate onestissimo per pietanze deliziose e cucinate secondo la tradizione, con grande attenzione per la qualità degli ingredienti. Ogni pietanza viene dettagliatamente illustrata dal simpaticissimo titolare. Consigliatissimo!
12/10/2024: Osteria accogliente, curata nei dettagli. Con ampio parcheggio. Vista splendida sulle colline e sul borgo di Sarnano. Cucina ottima. Esperienza positivissima a pieni voti. Torneremo sicuramente.

02/11/2024: Guidati da Tripadvisor entriamo in questa porticina nel cuore del borgo. Che ospitalità! Olive ascolane, agnello fritto. Paste fatte in casa. Tutto delizioso. Nota di super merito al bagno, fornito di cartelli di ogni genere.
03/08/2024: Una serata che mi è stata dedicata da mio marito che vi aveva già mangiato con un gruppo di amici. Un angolo tranquillo, gentilezza e qualità si coniugano insieme in questo ristorantino. Olive fritte all'ascolana che mi hanno ricordato gli anni della mia infanzia e giovinezza, le olive come quelle di nonno e zia cuochi di Camporota di Treia. Una tagliata al lardo che è una vera delizia, buona anche la Millefoglie...Consigliatissimo.
