A quiet spot in the countryside, a bit remote but still welcoming. The food was good enough, nothing exceptional, the service a bit limited, and the hostess was courteous, but our orders were always slow to arrive, and we had to repeat the order several times.

It's a bit out of the way, as I was staying nearby for work, so I found a set menu for workers, excellent value.
I didn't stay long, but I'm sure the dishes will be excellent even if you order à la carte.
The price varies depending on what you're eating. I noticed some interesting cuts of meat in the window, and they're cooked on charcoal, not on an electric grill.

We had the pleasure of lunch at Osteria del Fibbia and were more than satisfied: it's one of those places that truly captures Bolognese cuisine in its most authentic and delicious form.
We began with platters lavish with local cured meats, select cheeses, and a side of warm, fragrant crescentine: light, dry, and flavorful, truly the perfect starter. The quality of the cured meats was excellent, from the sweet prosciutto to the bold salami, all beautifully balanced in flavor.
Then we moved on to the first courses, which were a true triumph of tradition:
• The tagliatelle al ragù were simply amazing: fresh pasta, just the right amount of texture, topped with a rich, flavorful, and well-crafted ragù. Every bite spoke of home and family Sundays.
• The cream tortellini, perfectly balanced and generous in portion, were an explosion of flavor: the thin pastry enclosed a well-made filling, and the cream was just right, velvety but never cloying.
The service was friendly, smiling, and always present without being intrusive. We felt welcomed and pampered throughout the lunch.
The restaurant is rustic and authentic, with the warmth typical of true osterias. There's also plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful days in the quiet of the Bolognese countryside.
During lunch, we noticed some dishes served at other tables, such as grilled meats and other very inviting dishes that caught our attention with their aroma and appearance: we'll definitely be back to try them at the first opportunity!

A place surrounded by greenery. A welcoming, beautiful place. I was struck by the old newspapers from '82. Exceptional staff. They made me feel at home. And what about the meat? The cutting board with hot coals speaks for itself...

An evening with friends. The place is nice, with a large garden and a few too many mosquitoes. The tagliatelle and balanzoni were good, but the grilled meat wasn't as good, and the arrosticini were overcooked and dry. The bill was quite high.

Lunch with friends on a Saturday. The staff was wonderful, friendly, kind, and helpful!
The food was very good, with a truly generous appetizer!
The house red wine was pleasant.
The price was very fair.
The parking lot was large, there was air conditioning, and I spotted a large outdoor area, perhaps for the evening.
If we were in the area, we'd definitely come back!
