A real surprise...we ate very well...we took the menu but they allowed us to make small changes to try a bit of everything...we will return.

The restaurant is divided into several areas, including an outdoor area, which is pleasant even in early autumn. The interior is homey and well-maintained. The food is delicious; you absolutely must try their raw meat, risotto, Russian salad, rump steak, and everything else. Cooking on soapstone, besides being spectacular, makes the meat very tasty. The Bra sausage is also excellent.

We were served an appetizer beforehand and had the ravioli and rump steak for our main course. The rump steak was perfectly cooked and served on a hot stone. We like our steak a bit salty, and this one was seasoned just right for us. No extra sauce was needed. The ravioli was also very tasty.

Baita Delle Stelle

04/01/2026: In the winter, the Baita delle Stelle can be reached by single-seater chairlift in about twenty minutes. Dress warmly, as it can get chilly on the chairlift, which is open. The view is breathtaking. The staff, even though the place was quite crowded, were quick to serve us and always super friendly. Local food, including an excellent cold cuts and cheese platter.
15/09/2025: Good food, excellent service, typical mountain atmosphere. You can get there after a bit of a dirt road by car (a fairly high-rider car is recommended) or a half-hour walk. It's a bit tiring with a stroller. A backpack is recommended for those with children. We ate polenta and wild boar, shared a platter, and dessert. We paid Roman fare, about €27 per person. Generous portions. Reservations recommended.

27/12/2025: ...I just left this amazing restaurant, which is more than I could have imagined for its food, wines, and the warm welcome from everyone! It was like being among friends! Thanks to Gianni and all the staff! True Piedmont from times gone by!
21/12/2025: Excellent ingredients, generous portions, and a friendly, welcoming staff. We went for dinner and had a delightful evening. Don't forget to try the potato gnocchi with pumpkin and fondue. Highly recommended.
