Siamo ritornati dopo molti anni in questa trattoria e la qualità del cibo è sempre ottima.
Carne cruda, salsiccia di Bra [unica in Italia] vitello tonnato, insalata russa, anguilla in carpione, tagliolini al ragù di salsiccia di Bra, Scamone servito su pietra rovente dove ogni commensale si gestisce il livello della cottura e infine il dolce.
Tutto ottimo, servizio eccellente!

I had dinner in this osteria with my partner, a place with an informal and welcoming atmosphere, with few seats. The staff was really kind and recommended the dishes with enthusiasm. Thanks to this advice we tasted the raw Bra sausage with a selection of local cheeses, the dishes pleasantly surprised us, as did the house wine. A particularly positive note is the excellent quality-price ratio.

Locale situato ad un incrocio trafficato vicino la stazione ferroviaria.Dall'esterno sembra un bar,impressione confermata una volta entrati;tavolini piccoli da bar e relative sedie non molto comode.
Venendo alla cucina,ho preso un primo ed un secondo:tagliolini alla salsiccia di Bra e una tagliata di scamone su pietra ollare,entrambe le portate sono risultate gradevoli.
Conto allineato ai prezzi medi di altri ristoranti locali e complessivamente corretto rispetto a quello che si è consumato.
