We had lunch as guests. The starters were beautiful and delicious: a tarallini with mustard and another with vegetables. The platter was more than adequate. The first course of tagliatelle with Primitivo was excellent, and the spaghetti with 7 ingredients was also good.
The desserts were good. The Susumaniello rosé wine was good.
I don't know the price.

Excellent restaurant, traditional cuisine with a modern twist. Innovation is evident in every dish, both in the presentation and the technique. The service is discreet but attentive. I don't think there's anything like it in Castellana. Recommended.

We had the opportunity to dine here for my birthday. The dinner was a true experience, featuring home-style flavors and local specialties reimagined with a modern twist. The bread was homemade and left to rise for 24 hours: amazing! The atmosphere was super welcoming and clean, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were also really fair. Finally, they even brought us some small sweet treats for my birthday.

We had very high expectations, but not that high.
We let the restaurant manager guide us and advise us, and he immediately understood our tastes and culinary needs. I have no words to describe the culinary experience we had; everything was simply perfect.
The staff was super kind and knowledgeable.
The grand finale was the desserts. Something superlative; I've never had a tiramisu revisited like this.

A very intimate place where we celebrated a family event.
Attention to detail, the combination of flavors and foods chosen, even in terms of color.
Praise goes to the suckling pig for its flavor, tenderness, and presentation.
The mini sorbet paired with the mini sporcamuss served piping hot were a real surprise.

It's been a while since we've been to Caroseno. What can I say? It's even better, if that's even possible. Quality ingredients from appetizers to main courses. Everything is perfectly cooked with flair but without ever abandoning tradition. Excellent chef. Luciano and Mina at the tables exude courtesy and expertise. Excellent, in fact, very excellent.
