A restaurant where aesthetics blend with the quality and deliciousness of the chef's dishes. The prices are truly excellent considering the quality of the ingredients and their preparation. I recommend the fava beans...a velvety texture full of the aromas of our land, and the farro with shrimp, a sea breeze that delights the taste buds. The service is young and friendly. The only drawback is the restaurant, made of stone and with very beautiful period furnishings, but it can easily get very noisy due to its layout.

An intimate and charming location with easy access. Tasty cuisine, a blend of tradition and a touch of modernity, for a perfectly reasonable price. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow, both at the start and between courses.

01/09/2025: Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with this restaurant. I wasn't sold on the lunch menu, and I would have liked to try the evening dishes. The service was quite slow. That said, having a vegan restaurant in Monopoli is still a nice touch.
31/08/2025: The food is good... could it be improved? Yes, I'd say so... some dishes are excellent, others less so... I recommend the crema catalana... magnificent, the chickpea hummus, and the fava beans and chicory... the parmigiana, a bit less so. (I'll never understand anyone who would pretend to cook it without batter-dredging and frying the eggplant... in any case, the negative review is due to the slightly acidic sauce!) Otherwise, a very nice and welcoming place with interesting combinations and experiments.
