In this place you feel like you're not in a restaurant... You feel like at home! Very kind to customers. Very fresh raw material (we ate fish-based).. Generous portions... What can I say.. Top!

Every time we go to Messina, it is a must to have dinner in our favorite restaurant. Everything is excellent, from quality to quantity, from smell to sight, and what about the flavor 🤤. And when the lime trees are in bloom, everything becomes magical. Super recommended!

My favorite restaurant in Messina. I visit the region few times a year and know this place since 2022. I am happy to say they did not change 😊. Everything I love this place for is still the same- welcoming and caring staff, cozy environment and the food .....beyond compare .....soooo..so delicious. Strongly recommend.

Estábamos en Messina en un crucero y decidimos pasar la mañana caminando por la ciudad. Optamos por un almuerzo temprano aquí justo antes del mediodía y encontramos un montón de disponibilidad. Por 1 : 00 estaba bastante lleno y me di cuenta de que un buen número de los clientes parecían ser locales, o al menos de habla italiana. Dada la ubicación muy cerca del Duomo, nos habían preparado para una experiencia muy turística. Teníamos el antipasto siciliano, rollos de ternera y ñoquis. Todo muy muy bueno. El vino de la casa estaba más que bien y el vino tinto vendido por copa era genial. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar!

Sono stata a cena con un’amica. Ci siamo sedute fuori. Personale rispettoso, disponibile. Abbiamo mangiato un’ottima insalata di pesce stocco, una frittura di pesce mista molto buona, verdure grigliate, birra alla spina e sgroppino. Il tutto servito nella giusta tempistica ed abbiamo pagato €74,00. Giusta proporzione qualità/ prezzo. Torneremo al più presto per mangiare funghi freschi

15/12/2024: Lunch on 12/15/2024 Small, welcoming environment with a place located in the center next to the cathedral. Friendly and professional staff. Divided and clean bathrooms. A not very extensive menu, mainly composed of dishes prepared with particular attention. As an entree, a small slice of bonito fish surrounded by fried coconut. As an appetizer, potato and cuttlefish croquettes with toasted cauliflower, both good. Subsequently we opted for rabbit in casserole which I personally didn't enjoy, pumpkin risotto and catch of the day, stewed, both good. The various desserts include berry and chocolate cheesecakes, while the chocolate ricotta semifreddo is a bit disappointing. Medium-high prices.

07/01/2025: Beautiful location excellent and typical local food... I recommend trying the Tarantina mussels, super excellent first courses, the pizza is also a must try. Highly recommended🥰
04/01/2025: Historic pizzeria restaurant, large environment with plenty of seating. We always stop for dinner when we're in the area. And we did the same thing last night too. We like to eat mussels Tarantina style and then linguine seasoned with their sauce. Highly recommended 😋😋
