Osteria Del Cacciatore Di Chiocci Nicola In Spoleto

We arrived without a reservation, and they gave us a choice of two tables, despite being booked on most of the others. Menu choice was small but varied to accommodate different tastes. All authentic to the region and locally produced. The food was exceptional. No other words for it. The taste exquisite, presentation superb and sizing just right (not too small to leave you hungry, not to large to feel uncomfortable stuffed). I wish I'd taken photos, but I tucked in and couldn't stop till we'd finished. I had sliced steak with salad, my husband had a wild boar pasta dish and lamb chops. Delicious 😋
