I stumbled upon it by chance. Everything was truly exceptional. Good. I paid little for the quality.
I really recommend it. A wonderful surprise.

A quiet and welcoming place, the service wasn't particularly fast, but it was courteous.
The crostini with lard and honey as an appetizer was excellent, but €8 is a bit too much for the portion.
The gnocchi with Taleggio cheese and truffle cream were delicious and delicate.
The white chocolate mousse was exquisite, but the Roccata wasn't quite to our taste...
Overall, we recommend it ☺️

We dine here often when we are in Spello. When the weather is warm, the outdoor dinning is beautiful. However, inside is very nice too. Massimo is a wonderful host. The food is so delicious. We have had to rotolo of pork and many of the pasta dishes. You need to make a reservation as they fill up quickly.

The restaurant is quaint and located on a charming street, especially at night.
Mr. Massimo is friendly, discreet, and patiently explains the wines and dishes.
The ingredients are well-presented, tasty, and high-quality.
The tozzetti, similar to cantucci, are delicious.

Quiet table on their terrace overlooking the valley and towns nearby. Pasta was cooked perfectly and the tiramisu was a great flavour explosion. We’ll be going again!

A fantastic experience in Spello! It's a bit of a hike up (we parked downstairs), but it's absolutely worth it.
What a beautiful view you have from this spot, along with fantastic food and very friendly service. For a very reasonable price, we had a fantastic meal and drinks here (the house wine was also delicious). The pasta with guanciale and pecorino and the chicken with truffle were especially delicious! If you're near Spello, I would definitely recommend dining here one evening; reservations are recommended.
