Excellent restaurant in the center of Pergola. Here, they offer traditional dishes from the Marche and Pergola regions, specializing in locally sourced meats. The fresh pasta is handmade. The menu is excellent, with well-served and generous dishes. The meat skewer for two was excellent, and three of us ate it. The meat was delicious, with a good variety of meats. The service is courteous and attentive.

We were looking for a place in the area that was open for lunch and it seems it was the only one. At the table service we found a very kind and helpful guy. We ate some excellent olives all'ascolana, a very light truffle omelette (I would have just cooked it a little more), a meat skewer that was more than for two it was for four!! To finish some delicious cantucci (I usually don't like them) a piece of fresh tart, all accompanied by a really sweet sour cherry wine. Highly recommended!
