Fantastic Meal at Il Boccone I had with my family… Had a delicious dinner at Il Boccone! The gnocchi was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the tiramisu was light and flavorful – one of the best I’ve had. Great service and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Nice place, rustic with details that recall Morocco both in terms of the decor and the menu... Anyway, everything is good. Recommended to try something different.

As a good Sicilian, it is rare to find good food when you are traveling around Italy and do not know the cities well. In this restaurant I found excellent food, but above all excellent cuisine. Very kind and polite service. Romantic, quiet and relaxing location. I highly recommend.

We had dinner at Il Boccone twice during our vacation because we fell in love with it at the first slice of pizza. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant, both inside and outside in the small and cute alley. Very authentic but still good vegetarian options. The service was great and the people there very kind and accommodating. One time we came quite late to the restaurant and they still offered us a table and didn‘t rush us to leave, even though we sat there longer than their opening hours. 100% recommend!

14/07/2025: The fish is excellent, though perhaps lacking a bit of true seafood flavor. The mussel soup is perhaps better called "tomato soup" since that's all you can taste. Overall, it's good, but it falls short of expectations. The Franciacorta and Brescia wine selection is limited, and the prices are high. In any case, it's worth a visit just for the Adriatic dishes, shrimp, and calamari skewers.

20/05/2025: We were invited to a lunch for a communion... everything very pleasant and quiet... aperitif outside and lunch in the hall... simple food... nothing elaborate but good... courteous service... clean bathrooms... large and convenient parking... small dance hall on the lower floors where you can continue to stay in company
16/05/2025: This family run restaurant offers great food with no waiting time. Starters (usually pasta, gnocchi or risotto), main courses ( beef, chicken, pork, rabbit or vegetarian options), huge vegetarian buffet (you self service though), water and a tasty bottle of wine (red or white, you choose), coffee and cake or biscuits for 13 Euros. That's an absolute bargain. Moreover, you can easily find blue collar workers sat next to world renowned entrepreneurs or sport celebrities, talking to each other about gossip, sports or politics. To summarize, this place allows you to disconnect from the rest of the world during your lunch break without costing you a fortune. I do strongly recommend this place. Well done.
