A typical Langhe osteria, we're located in the Bra Slow Food Presidium, a historic site. Excellent dishes, some with SF Presidium certification. The wait staff is courteous and prompt. There's also a small courtyard for outdoor lunch/dinner. A detour is recommended. Reservations are recommended.

We were only there for lunch and had various pasta dishes from the "primi" section. But they were truly excellent. We haven't had better food on our Piedmont trip.
The location is absolutely fantastic. We sat in the pergola garden. The service was very attentive. The coperta for €2 was very reasonable, especially since the bread served was truly sensational.
Highly recommended, hence the 5 stars.

Excellent traditional Piedmontese cuisine with top-quality ingredients, guaranteed by Slow Food.
The only downside is the limited portions, considering the prices, but this, unfortunately, is a problem I've encountered in many other restaurants lately.
The staff is attentive enough, although today it was a bit stressful. Probably because it coincided with a big event in the city, with many people waiting, they were very busy rushing around the restaurant, causing some confusion (our appetizers were mistakenly served to the next table because one of them was the same, and we then had to wait a long time for them), but I think that's not the case on normal days.

Locale storico al centro di Bra, all'interno di una splendida corte. Il locale è molto bello e con una ricchissima selezione di vini. Il servizio é giovane e professionale, il cibo é delizioso e prodotto cercando di rimanere a km 0. Molto buoni i tajarin al ragu, ma degno di nota anche le animelle con gli asparagi. Se torneremo da quelle parti sicuramente torneremo a far visita, visto anche il superlativo rapporto qualità prezzo. In due abbiamo mangiato un antipasto, un primo, due secondi contornati, un dolce bevendo una bottiglia di acqua ed una di vino da 25€, abbiamo speso in totale 90€. Consigliatissimo!!!
