Michelin star award-winning restaurant, I decide to go in and limit myself to a second course and choose the porchetta di maialino and the peppers alla scapece.
Presentation and quality of superior category, in hindsight there would have been a good appetizer too.
Creamy and enveloping pineapple sorbet.
We will see each other again on 12/06 last day of opening.

The most memorable meal we had in Parma. Food was absolutely delicious and the staff were attentive and professional. Well worth a stop.
English menu available which is great.
Reservations strongly suggested, but worth planning your travels around. ~15 mins walk from Parma Central train station.
Please, fellow Americans, let's not be too loud on our travels and try to respect the local customs and norms to be a little quieter and blend in a bit...

We stopped by this restaurant for a quick Sunday lunch. Reservations are required because there is a high demand, and once you try the food you understand why! Everything was excellent, especially the first courses. An honorable mention goes to the ravioli and vegetable side dishes. Highly recommended

Had lunch just before closing.
The pastas were really good tho some ravioli weren’t fully cooked.
The entrees were below average, bread was flaky.
Probably the dinner may be much better.
Just had my coffee, one of the best so far in Italy.❤️

There are places that don't need too many words, just sit down, order and let yourself be pampered by that wonderful Emilian trio: butter, ham and chocolate.

The Menu of Wonders:
Tortelli d'erbetta → green poetry wrapped in thin pasta and butter that smells like grandma's house (the one who's good at cooking, not the one on a diet).
Parma ham → so good that it makes you want to give a standing ovation to the farmer who raised the pig.
Chocolate cake → simply illegal. Warm, melting, a sweet final embrace that worthily closes the circle of sins of gluttony.
