Very good. All the dishes we tried were delicious and a lot of attention is paid to the presentation of the food here.
Friendly and professional service. Simple but pleasant traditional interior. Prices are a bit above average, but the price-quality ratio is very good. We went for lunch and got the last free table and it seemed like we were the only foreigners. The menu was also translated into English and communication in English was fluent.
It is definitely worth booking a table in advance, even for lunch.

We walked by and noticed they had Michelin Awards so we decided to try it out and it ended up being one of our favorite spots!! Friendly and helpful staff gave us great recommendations and loved the pasta and charcuterie meats!!

A wonderful find! Osteria del 36 is a cozy, intimate spot with incredible local food. I had the Cacio e Pepe along with a selection of local cheeses and delicacies—everything was delicious. Paired with a great local wine, it was a perfect meal. If you want authentic local flavors, this is the place!

Slightly outside the heart of Parma, and also slightly outside the orthodoxy of many osterias. Excellent reasons to come, since the food is truly, truly good, in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, with pleasant and friendly service.
Excellent cured meats, as usual, the egg remarkable. Fabulous anolini and their broth, balanced, tasty yet delicate. Special malfatti with duck ragu. Exceptional main courses, both the duck breast and the double-cooked pigeon (where perhaps I would have seen the hazelnut in a different form, as it was a bit aggressive). Among the best tarts we've eaten (precisely because it's so banal, finding good ones is rare), the cake excellent, truly a revelation. There were other more experimental options, but we were really full; maybe next time.
