Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Outstanding in every way. The five course tasting menu with wine pairings was fabulous!

We had the five course tasting menu and each course was fantastic and paired perfectly with a bottle of Sicilian white wine and red wine from their extensive wine cellar. We sat outside and it was a beautiful setting and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend Osteria dei Vespri!

Very characteristic and well-kept environment, in the heart of ancient Palermo. Attention to detail, kindness, cleanliness, taste and flavors at a high level. Excellent choice of wines. Consistent price. We chose the tasting menu with 5 types of wines, all Sicilian, excellent!

Very nice, cozy restaurant in a corner of a small, quiet piazza. Great food. We took a la carte option - pasta with Nebrodi black pork sausage, ravioli in broth with capon, and mackerel with artichoke salad were especially good. Dessert with wine pairing was a good conclusion of the meal. The wine list is extensive with great selection of Sicilian wines. Very good, attentive service. Great place overall.

Our daughter's wishes were also addressed immediately. The atmosphere is rustic and stylish. The service was very attentive and friendly. If we are in Palermo again we would definitely go again. In the past few weeks, I am giving to chat gpt to write this for me. But this time I am doing it myself. It was so good! Really if you are into slow food, great wine, service that is so good to have a sense for good serving rhythm - this is the place. Amazing wine list, if you are a wine biblist, or great pairing recommendation if u r not. And “Michelin surprises” on their way makes this place really a wet dream od a hedonist. I tried quail and a cod with chocolate desert paired with local sweet wine. Great suggestion for the desert as well. And with the dishes I took a red suggestion from the waiter-which was A+. To summarize, restaurants have their ups and downs. Not sure if this is an up for them. But if I ever come back to Palermo, I would definitely visit it again!

Purtroppo recensisco in ritardo questo ristorante che si trova nelle viuzze di Palermo . Pranzo con mio marito in santa pace perché il locale non era molto affollato. Ragazze gentilissime che hanno fornito un ottimo servizio. Cibo cucinato ad arte tra tradizione ed innovazione. Ottima carta dei vini

Tornati dopo un paio di anni e devo dire che sono sempre al top, cucina eccellente, piatti fa pregiati ingredienti locali sapientemente elaborati e presentati, non bisogna farsi ingannare dal titolo ‘Osteria’, e un ristorante di alto livello che merita quello che si paga; servizio eccellente e la sommelier Cacile e’ di una professionalità e competenza unica, sicuramente ci torneremo!
