Went for lunch at a social event at my sports club. The food was good, everything was fine 👌. Be careful, parking is difficult; it's better to take the Garibaldi metro, which is just a few minutes away. Recommended, I'll be back!

The place is unique, with almost dim lighting, but suitable for large, shared tables. Service is fast, if a bit rushed. The porcini and parmesan salad is delicious, very delicate, and the crostoni with lard are also delicious (though I'd add a little honey to temper the saltiness of the lard). The tagliolini with truffle and the tortelli with pears and saffron butter are truly delicious. The apple and cinnamon crumble is delicious to finish. The price is in line with Milan, including the bottle of wine they bring to your table and then charge you based on how much you've drunk.

The three of us had dinner at Osteria Vecchi Sapori, and in some ways, we had a great time. The food was excellent: we started with three appetizers (puntarelle, artichokes, and caponata), all delicious. For main courses, we had tartare and meatballs, also quality dishes. The atmosphere is very charming and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. We didn't drink wine. Unfortunately, we have to report a rather significant negative that tarnished our memory of the evening. When paying, we were only presented with the total of €138, without a receipt or any list of what we had consumed. At the time, it seemed a bit expensive, but we trusted it. Once home, after consulting the online menu or remembering the prices, we realized that the amount was definitely incorrect and higher than we should have paid. We understand that we were wrong not to check immediately, but presenting a verbal total, without even a verbal summary of the dishes consumed, didn't seem very transparent to us. We advise anyone visiting to carefully check the bill before paying, to avoid unpleasant surprises like ours. It's a shame, because the food is worth it.
