There are places that don't just feed you, but that also nourish your soul. The Osteria dei Sognatori is one of these. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a courtesy that went beyond the simple smile of circumstance: I felt welcomed like a long-time friend. What struck me most was the serene atmosphere that permeated all the staff. Not only was there an excellent collaboration between the members, but I was able to notice gestures of extreme kindness also addressed to less fortunate people. This detail really moved me, and I think it says a lot about the soul of this place. Moving on to the food, I can only say that the culinary experience lived up to this wonderful welcome. The rabbit roll I tasted was prepared with noteworthy care and skill, while the delicate and enveloping tiramisu closed the meal in the best possible way. Osteria dei Sognatori is a place where every detail seems designed to make you feel good, and I am convinced that it deserves to thrive. When I return to the area, it will be an obligatory stop: places like this, capable of combining great cuisine and extraordinary humanity, are rare and precious.

Fantastische plek om te genieten van de lokale keuken en gerechten zoals Vitello Tonnato, Tajarin al ragú, Plin, … Tevens leuke wijnkaart met wijnen van de kleinere lokale wijnmakers. Fles wijn kost hier evenveel dan in België in de winkel… Kunnen we iets van leren in België want hier bestel je met plezier een fles.

Un'osteria gestita proprio come una volta! prezzi onesti, personale molto rapido e cibo delizioso 😋 Siamo rimasti sorpresi dal conto perché considerando tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato, ci è sembrato estremamente basso! Consigliamo!
