Nice cozy restaurant, Good honest food with good price. We have mixed antipasti that contains 4 items in generous size and very tasty! And we also get extra salad The Tajarin and Ravioli were also delicious Highly Recommended!

Passing through Alba, we stopped for lunch at this very popular osteria. It's a good thing we'd booked, because it was packed. The food was very good, especially the tagliolini and braised beef. Service was quick, and prices were reasonable. Friendly staff. Nice place.

A delightful, authentic little place where you'll find a mix of customers. Many Alba residents come here to enjoy their pranzo. No frills, no fancy stuff, just delicious homemade food. Recommendations: ravioli al plin (we eat a lot, but this one is unbeatable!) and the tiramisu. BUON APPETITO

Make sure you have a reservation, because people line up outside (and for good reason!). A truly wonderful experience, friendly waitress, and fantastic food. Well worth the wait, highly recommended!

05/10/2025: Long weekend in the Langhe with friends. We had lunch here and came back. Excellent quality, excellent service, and the owner and waiters were helpful and courteous, especially Francesco, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Highly recommended.
04/10/2025: We dined at this restaurant based on the good reviews, but unfortunately, we were somewhat disappointed. For starters, we ordered the ravioli del plin with two roasts and the tagliarin with ragù, both mediocre: the plin were under-seasoned, and the tagliarin lacked flavor and were a bit overcooked. For main courses, we ordered the braised beef and veal with tuna sauce. The braised beef was tasty, but we would have preferred it a little more tender, but overall, we enjoyed it. The veal with tuna sauce was flavorful and savory, definitely our favorite dish. The recommended bottle of red wine was good.
