I stopped with my family on my way off the highway to avoid the rest stops. Excellent choice: a historic, authentic, and comfortable place (the temperature was just right, considering the summer heat). The food was excellent, and the staff was kind and attentive. The pistachio sorbet served at the end was truly special. The service was fast and efficient. The owner apologized for making me wait a few extra seconds at the register, with a disarming smile. What more could you ask for?

An incredible discovery of this restaurant on our way to Florence. Impeccable service. The waitresses spoke English, and one even spoke a little French. Very good Tuscan food, well served, and good value for money. A little bonus: a small piece of savory cake as an aperitif and a pistachio digestif for dessert offered to all customers. We'd go back for both the service and the food!

Well-prepared traditional dishes: we had tagliatelle with ragù (we expected better, but it was still good), lemon tortelli with pesto and confit tomatoes (really excellent), vegetables of the day and grilled meats, and finally two trifles. Good and not far from the highway.

Locale in centro a sasso Marconi con una quarantina di coperti. Cucina locale e come must have di stagione funghi e tartufi. Ottimi primi secondi e dolci

Vedevo entrare gente a fiumane, per fortuna avevo prenotato ma trovando quella folla ho temuto un servizio lento, sciatto, insomma tutti quei guai che il sovraffollamento porta con sé. Invece niente di tutto ciò: servizio accogliente e cordiale, personale sveglio, tempi di servizio normali. I piatti sono quanto di più tradizionale e legato al territorio, di buona qualità, anche se la cucina emiliana non è nota per la sua leggerezza. D'altra parte se si chiama osteria dei sani un motivo ci sarà...Le porzioni sono di buona quantità, il prezzo nella norma. Adatto per comitive.
