I was passing through with my partner around lunchtime and we stopped to eat, Beef carpaccio and sliced beef excellent very tasty meat. Definitely worth returning, unfortunately the distance does not allow too many km.

I went for lunch during a Sunday trip, I chose this tavern among the many in the village. Informal but well-kept environment, the waiter welcomed us immediately with kindness and friendliness. We took a house appetizer and on the waiter's recommendation a poker of artichokes (alla giudia, alla romana, battered and in carpaccio). Quality cured meats, a homemade orange compote to pair with excellent cheeses, the artichokes were all excellent. To follow I took tagliatelle alla Norcina revisited, also noteworthy, both for the quality of the pasta (thick tagliatelle, homemade), and for the well-balanced sauce.

My friend and I were very content. The food was freshly made and we could taste it! The people who worked there were very friendly and we sat outside enjoying the breeze.

Exceptional experience! Cesare and Ramona let us taste the real cuisine of Rome and the always present highlight are the artichokes!
Try the tris, or if you are lucky the poker! Everything delicious, impeccable and very fresh. Restaurant specializing in fish!

We ended up here by chance looking for a restaurant while visiting Sansepolcro, the place is historic and welcoming, the food was excellent (I recommend the tagliatelle with Cinta Senese ragù), the service was friendly and helpful, the chef came to ask if everything was okay (which is rare and appreciated).

Abbiamo cenato fuori in un'atmosfera decisamente rilassante, servizio puntuale e attenti, carciofi sublimi e tagliata deliziosa. Prezzo onesto. Lo raccomandiamo e ci torneremo senz'altro.

Sono tornata dagli amici Ramona e Cesare e come sempre è stata una bellissima esperienza sensoriale. Tris di carciofi (fritto, giudia e carpaccio) da provare. Tagliata tenerissima al rosmarino e cips di patate per nulla oleose e digeribilissime.
Rapporto qualità prezzo più che ottimo.
