The tavern has few seats inside but enough outside, usually covered with umbrellas. The prices are normal but this does not mean that it is one of the cheapest (but not the most expensive either). I noticed that in Polignano, in the historic centre, the prices are more or less in line. The food is good, with just the right portions but no more. Good desserts in particular.
I would go back knowing that I would be on the safe side, based on my tastes.
Obviously when there are a lot of people the service is slightly slowed down but in any case they were kind and up to par

Traditional Apulian/Bari cuisine dishes made like at home and very generous. The smoked burratina, the rice, potatoes and mussels, the octopus in all ways are fantastic. Satisfied. Super honest price. Fast service. Kind and nice

Food was quite expensive, like in the other restaurants. Unfortunately, the portions were also very small and the food looked a bit bland. The service was ok. In the end we had a bill of €35 (for 2 people), €9 of which was Coperto. I don't know if this is normal but it seems too much and unjustified. We wouldn't go there again.

Necesitábamos hacer una cena rápida una noche ya que estábamos cansados y Osteria estaba justo cerca de nuestro be & be. Estaba un poco nervioso para comer aquí como leer algunas malas críticas. Francamente, no sé de dónde vienen estas malas críticas.
Esta es una ostería sencilla con buena comida a precios razonables. El personal era amable y la comida se sirvió rápidamente.
La pasta con mariscos era fresca y deliciosa. Las verduras a la parrilla eran perfectas. El vino rosa costaba $4 la copa.
¡Volveríamos otra vez!

Abbiamo mangiato bene, buoni i primi, di tartare ne ho mangiate di più buone ma non male. Forse manca più attenzione al cliente, aprire la bottiglia dell'acqua al tavolo, chiedere per il dolce... sono premure che fanno piacere.

Hello, while in Poliniano a Mare with friends "comercianti" we visited this place and apart from the food and atmosphere, the service is 8 stars!!! Of course, we came back after a few days and it was still just as great. I recommend everyone to use this place. Regards, Janusz
