Last night we went to the Osteria dell'Assonica and chose the vegetarian menu: a really nice surprise. Well thought out dishes, interesting and never banal combinations, with an attention to detail that is perceived without being forced. Professional service, present but discreet. Nice, sober and welcoming environment. A solid and well-constructed proposal, which is definitely worth the visit. Experience to be repeated. Thank you 🙏🏻

I went there for lunch a few days ago with some friends. We had had very mixed reports about this restaurant. Of course the evaluation always depends on the expectations of those who enter. On our side the opinion is a narrow "good". Certainly overestimated by most. Unfavorable value for money despite the lunch offer, wine cellar with very high markups. We won't be back.

Balance, gluttony, surprise. Tiptoe wine pairing, very solid and affectionate towards the experience, the producers and the dish. Impeccable room management, precise, clear, never intrusive. A beautiful evening!

Ambiente elegante, personale di sala molto cortese e preparato. Tre menù che garantiscono all'ospite un'ampia scelta, un piccolo appunto ed un suggerimento. L'appunto è che obbligare i commensali a scegliere lo stesso menù degustazione è un pochino limitante. Scelta forse legata ai tempi di uscita dei piatti, presumo, viceversa non ne avrei compreso il motivo. Il suggerimento è più che altro tecnico e di marketing: bene la scelta di poter selezionare due/tre portate dai menù e quindi costruirsi la propria carta. Ma forse per non lasciare quella sensazione di "essere limitati" nella scelta (sensazione che ovviamente è puramente teorica, visto il numero di piatti dai quali selezionare la propria esperienza culinaria) varrebbe la pena prevedere nel menù anche pagine organizzati per portata, che pescando dai tre menù diano realmente la percezione di poter cenare alla carta. Un dettaglio, ma l'eccellenza è fatta di dettagli. Abbiamo optato per due menù "i successi" e per gusto personale spiccano sicuramente il cavolo riccio con sarde di lago uovo e tartufo, il risotto all'alloro e sorbo degli uccellatori, latte artemisia e caramello. Notevole la carta dei vini. Un piccolissimo appunto, avendo terminato una prima bottiglia di acqua prima di procedere portando al tavolo la seconda bottiglia si dovrebbe chiedere ai commensali se la desiderano. Una piccola disattenzione che non cambia la sensazione di aver cenato in un'ottimo ristorante dove la ricerca delle materie prime (in stragrande maggioranza locali) di altissima qualità garantisce unitamente alla capacità di trasformale dimostrata, un'esperienza sicuramente molto positiva. Prezzi adeguati a quanto proposto, bravi.

Beautiful restaurant, impeccable service and the "business lunch" allows you to try starred cuisine and be pampered while spending as much as you would spend for a normal lunch in Milan. Excellent value for money

I went for dinner this week with my partner. The environment is refined, with attention to detail, very intimate and relaxing, in particular I appreciated the lighting which, projected towards the center of the table from above, enhances the whole experience (without the now overused table lamps found everywhere). We chose the route called "the successes" with a vegetarian variant. We were very amazed by all the courses, bold and very original combinations. In particular, we found that simple vegetables, grown by them, were well appreciated and cooked with innovation and skill. The bread is excellent and the welcome and end-of-meal tastings are welcome. The service was excellent: punctual and never intrusive. We will definitely be back!

We were given a voucher for the "VitAle" route, I must say that initially we were skeptical about the combinations and some of the main ingredients, but as we hoped, the way they are cooked and then served is an explosion of taste and flavors that is rarely tasted. It was a really interesting journey and too good to be able to tell, seeing is believing ;)

Avevamo già conosciuto la cucina dello chef Manzoni in altra sede e dopo una prima visita a Sorisole un paio d’anni fa abbiamo deciso di ritornarci. Scelta azzeccata che non solo ha confermato l’impressione positiva precedentemente avuta ma ha mostrato maggiormente l evoluzione professionale dello chef. Abbiamo optato per la formula due portate scegliendo sia piatti più collaudati che più innovativi, il tutto accompagnato da notevoli amuse bouche, companatico eccezionale e coccole finali. Insomma una cucina creativa e azzardata ma ben equilibrata che fa venir voglia di riprovare grazie anche all’ottima accoglienza e disponibilità del personale di sala.

26/05/2025: We were at this restaurant yesterday evening, today after lunch we returned to taste two desserts that we absolutely wanted to try before leaving for Milan. Each course is special and delicious. I think it is one of the best restaurants I have tried. From the typical cold cuts and cheeses of the valley to the very tasty first courses, from the delicious meat stick to the desserts that absolutely must be ordered! The rosemary panna cotta is incredible! The Luigia digestive is also delicious, which I regret not having bought in a bottle to take home. Maybe next time! The decor is also beautiful and the staff is very kind. Highly recommended!

Since our arrival, we have been welcomed with warmth and professionalism, in an environment that combines elegance and familiarity. The food was simply excellent: every dish, from the homemade pasta to the meat main courses, was prepared with high quality ingredients and presented with care. The atmosphere of the restaurant made the day even more special. The panoramic veranda offers a breathtaking view of the valley, creating a perfect setting for celebrating important family moments. Special thanks to all the staff for their attention to detail and willingness to satisfy our every need. They helped make this day a precious memory that we will carry in our hearts. We highly recommend Il Tagliere to anyone who wants to enjoy an authentic culinary experience in a welcoming and refined context. We can't wait to come back!💛🫶🏻
