I had dinner during the week with my partner. The atmosphere is refined, with attention to detail, very intimate and relaxing. I particularly appreciated the lighting that, projected towards the center of the table from above, enhances the whole experience (without the now overused table lamps that are found everywhere). We chose the path called "the successes" with a vegetarian variant. We were very surprised by all the courses, bold and very original combinations. We found in particular well-enhanced simple vegetables, grown by them, cooked with innovation and mastery. The bread was excellent and the welcome and end-of-meal tastings were appreciated. The service was excellent: punctual and never intrusive. We will definitely be back!

We were given a voucher for the "VitAle" route, I must say that initially we were skeptical about the combinations and some of the main ingredients, but as we hoped, the way they are cooked and then served is an explosion of taste and flavors that is rarely tasted. It was a really interesting journey and too good to be able to tell, seeing is believing ;)

Restaurant with a Michelin star just outside Bergamo.
The place appears elegant and at times minimal, but yours creates a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The tables are well spaced from each other, thus giving the right intimacy needed for the experience. We were also lucky enough to have the place almost exclusively to ourselves. We tried the Vit.Ale tasting menu, which contains the heart of the experimentation and study of the two chefs, both in vegetarian and normal versions. The experience, made up of 8 main courses, is a riot of combinations and research that has led to the creation of truly excellent dishes, one among all, the cappelletti with tamarind, truly incredible. But already from the amuse-bouche we understood that it would be an excellent journey (duck takoyaki, savory macarons, carrot chips with BBQ sauce).
The pigeon, accompanied by brioches with livers and truffles really remained in my heart, as did the dessert with truffles and pralined almonds; very very risky but what a show.
Incredible experience, absolutely fair quality/price ratio and so many compliments!

I start my review by saying that the experience is definitely worth repeating.
Refined and relaxing environment.
Very friendly and discreet dining room staff.
Dishes balanced and presented very well.
The pigeon proposed with different cooking methods exceeded our expectations.
Lots of choice on the wine list.

We had the great fortune of trying this tavern a few evenings ago.
The venue appears elegant and refined.
The tables far apart from each other give the feeling of enjoying an intimate moment. The lighting in the very center of the table is beautiful, as if to underline the importance of the culinary experience and not of the surrounding environment, as if the table were the theater of great works.
We tried the Vit.Ale tasting menu, which contains the more experimental spirit of the two chefs, with a pairing of three recommended glasses to match the dishes.
Each course was truly an experience, strong and highly refined flavours, unthinkable but very well balanced combinations.
Service for 10, all the girls in the room were excellent, both for the presentation of the dishes and wine and for the attention at all times, always present but never absolutely intrusive.
Total cost €350.

Avevamo già conosciuto la cucina dello chef Manzoni in altra sede e dopo una prima visita a Sorisole un paio d’anni fa abbiamo deciso di ritornarci.
Scelta azzeccata che non solo ha confermato l’impressione positiva precedentemente avuta ma ha mostrato maggiormente l evoluzione professionale dello chef.
Abbiamo optato per la formula due portate scegliendo sia piatti più collaudati che più innovativi, il tutto accompagnato da notevoli amuse bouche, companatico eccezionale e coccole finali.
Insomma una cucina creativa e azzardata ma ben equilibrata che fa venir voglia di riprovare grazie anche all’ottima accoglienza e disponibilità del personale di sala.
