We stumbled upon this place by chance and were more than satisfied with the rustic and welcoming atmosphere, the truly friendly staff, and, above all, the quality of the menu: tigelle and crescentine with truly excellent cured meats and cheeses! Spectacular views of the hills, and just a few minutes' drive from the center of Bologna.

Excellent quality, but be careful with the bill. They don't give you a menu, like the appetizer. Other restaurants usually offer a fixed price, but here it's listed as assembled on the bill, so it's much more expensive.

I had lunch at this characteristic restaurant, which offers an exclusively Emilian menu. The welcome was warm, the restaurant was rather spartan, but the Sangiovese wine was excellent, as were the appetizers of crescentine, tigelle, mixed cold cuts, cheeses, pickled vegetables, etc., all strictly local. Lunch then continued with an excellent lasagna with meat sauce, but the dish I enjoyed the most was the roast rabbit with a side of mashed potatoes with sauce and porcini mushrooms, a delicacy! There was a decent selection of desserts, but I didn't feel like eating more... and I can't comment on the bill, having been the guest of friends from Bologna. In conclusion, I can only comment on the food, saying it's highly recommended!

An incredibly welcoming place, just minutes from the center of Bologna. An oasis of peace with the scents and flavors of times gone by!
The staff are incredibly kind and friendly!
