You might book for two and four show up. You might have to finish a presentation and need space. The music, even if very pleasant, might be just a touch louder than your thoughts. Alessandro Stecca, without ever faltering, will cook up the perfect solution for you. He'll find space for four, enough to finish your work, adjust the background music, and also bring you a prosecco—good, not the usual fizzy thing—and an appetizer of fresh vegetables and anchovies, followed by a creamy chickpea and prawn soup. In short, he'll discreetly pamper you, letting you know that the work is finally done and your appetite has grown... so what? Passatelli and clams galore, warm cuttlefish and prawn salad, a mixed fried fish and vegetables—and I love fried food and I don't forgive anyone who recommends it: if it's not crunchy, dry, flavorful enough to taste the fish and vegetables... in short, just like Alessandro's! I'd say "as good as mine." But how wonderful to find it ready... it all sails on the placid waves of a dry Albana from Ravenna. Then a coffee to remember and a bill that puts you at peace with the world: in Milan I'd pay for a pizza and little more! The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, bright but not blinding, very spacious, and doesn't reverberate with the voices of other tables. No cooking odors, let alone on your clothes.                 Much has already been said about the friendliness of the Romagna people, so I'll simply confirm that once you cross the threshold, unless you're a dry, antisocial person, you'll find only friends and warmth.
As for the food, truly a great bow to the mastery of Chef Cristian, who pours his delicate soul into every dish. Flavors and ingredients are handled with extreme respect, but with a truly excellent touch of personality.
The desserts are excellent. Absolutely beyond expectations. Balanced and never overdone.
In the dining room, Andrea's freshness and smile make the atmosphere cheerful and light.

                Granted, we walked in without a reservation—my partner, I, and our elderly dog in her stroller.
We were warmly welcomed, shown to our seats, and immediately received a small glass of Spritz and a bruschetta to welcome us!
We both had a tartare as an appetizer, followed by a first course. The food was exquisite, the fish clearly very fresh.
The service was formal and never intrusive, and the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming!

                I'd heard about this restaurant, just steps from the sea, for the quality of its food, and I was truly satisfied.
The location is welcoming and refined, and all the dishes we tried were thoroughly enjoyed: from the tartare to the first course (fresh pasta with clams), to the sea bass that melted in your mouth.

                I visited Minestraio for the first time last year and immediately decided it would become a regular stop in Riccione. I couldn't wait to return this year.
The restaurant is simple yet elegant and refined, with an intimate atmosphere. The owner, Alessandro, is full of energy and a truly cheerful personality: his infectious smile immediately spreads a good mood and makes the welcome even more pleasant. The staff is also very knowledgeable: the waitress who looked after us was able to recommend dishes and wines impeccably.
The service is fast and extremely attentive, thanks in part to the limited number of tables, which allows for individual attention to each customer.
There were two of us, and we each chose an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert, all accompanied by a glass of wine.
This is what we ate:
Appetizer: Argentine prawn tails and my favorite, tartare of red prawns.
Delicate, ultra-fresh dishes, with attention to every detail.
Second course: tuna steak (very tender, a sign of perfect cooking) and sea bass fillet.
During dinner, we noticed some truly inviting-looking fried food passing by, and even though we opted for more refined dishes, I admit the temptation was strong.
Desserts: mascarpone cream and white chocolate sphere.
The sphere was a real surprise, a beautifully crafted and satisfying dessert, a worthy conclusion to a perfect dinner.
For me, Minestraio is undoubtedly the best restaurant in Riccione, for the quality of its cuisine, service, and atmosphere.

                Location molto particolare, sicuramente piacevole.  Preparazioni ricercate con ottima materia prima, alcune come il fritto anche molto abbondanti. Rivedrei lo sgombro cbt, forse sarebbe meno grasso al vapore. Buona la carta dei vini. Anche i dessert disponibili anche per celiaci.  Il fritto misto potrebbe essere proposto anche nella versione GLUTEN free. Conto non economico ma in linea con le preparazioni offerte.                 sono anni che frequento il ristorante con la famiglia quando andiamo a farci un weekend a Riccione ! 
il ristorante ed è sempre all’altezza delle aspettative . 
Il titolare Alessandro  sempre gentile e disponibile ad accontentare ogni nostra richiesta sopratutto con un bambino piccolo , sono stati rapidi e veloci a farlo mangiare e metterlo a proprio agio .
Il pesce sempre molto buono , sopratutto i primi ! 
Il risotto di pesce  è qualcosa di speciale !
