I have dined at this restaurant several times, it is truly excellent, very pleasant welcome and service, fantastic wines and truly excellent cuisine! Perfect for a dinner as a couple and an evening with family or friends! Excellent value for money.

Staff attentive to all needs and fast service. Better to book in advance for the weekend and in case of cancellations, find out about the cancellation conditions so as not to pay penalties

In occasione della fiera siamo ritornati al Minestraio che non ci delude mai , personale sempre molto accogliente , carta dei vini sempre più curata e molto più ricca, cucina sempre al top con dei piatti nuovi nella carta molto apprezzati curati nei minimi dettagli ( tagliolini cacio pepe scampi e wasabi sublimi ) pesce crudo di qualità e poi infine le ostriche gillardau freschissime e pienissime al suo interno . Che dire ci rivediamo il prossimo anno .
