Excellent welcome. Bruno (and all the rest of the staff) was wonderfully friendly and professional in guiding us through our first experience at this gem. The ingredients were top-quality: The cod was amazing, the fried fish was absolutely superb, and the black ravioli with the freshest Mazara del Vallo prawns, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The penne pasta with king prawns was excellent. The amberjack was exquisite. All accompanied by a local wine, recommended by the waiter, who is also a very knowledgeable sommelier. The prices were absolutely competitive for the level of cuisine. The wine list was good, though it was a shame the aforementioned Tokaji and Sauternes were missing. The chocolate sphere was heavenly. Thanks to the chef. We'll be back.

The atmosphere is intimate and very relaxed. Bruno, with his expertise, served us and delighted us all evening with his kindness, friendliness, and experience. You are a great team!

An excellent restaurant in Follonica, with a refined atmosphere, excellent hospitality and customer service, and beautiful and truly delicious dishes! Maître d' Bruno was the perfect combination of good food and excellent, attentive, and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Recommended first course: Disappointing, salty, and lacking any real seafood flavor: Paccheri with red snapper, amberjack, and shrimp Soup with calamari, octopus, etc., disappointing Bitter and unusual flavor Wine Excellent Dessert Good High price for all the above.

We dined at this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. The wait staff is very knowledgeable and attentive, providing excellent customer service. All the dishes were exquisite. You could feel the careful attention to detail behind every course, from appetizers to dessert, creating a unique experience for the palate.

Good food but quite unpleasant staff, the waiter pushed me without apologizing, and charged me for an extra place setting.

We went on the recommendation of Cristina from the Bella'mbriana Hotel, and I have to say we had a great time. For my first course, I had truly delicious homemade gnocchi. For my second course, I had sweetbreads with crispy pancetta, which reminded me of the ones Mariuccia (my mother) used to make. They were delicious. The bill was fair. The only downside is that it's located in an area with limited parking, so plan on walking around for 15-20 minutes. Also, the restaurant is in a residential complex and can't be seen from the road. It was worth it, though. We'll definitely be back.

The service and food were top-notch, making for an excellent experience. The only downside was that the place was a little warm. But despite that, I'd definitely go back! Well done!
