We dined at this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. The wait staff is very knowledgeable and attentive, providing excellent customer service. All the dishes were exquisite. You could feel the careful attention to detail behind every course, from appetizers to dessert, creating a unique experience for the palate.

We went on the recommendation of Cristina from the Bella'mbriana Hotel, and I have to say we had a great time.
For my first course, I had truly delicious homemade gnocchi.
For my second course, I had sweetbreads with crispy pancetta, which reminded me of the ones Mariuccia (my mother) used to make. They were delicious.
The bill was fair. The only downside is that it's located in an area with limited parking, so plan on walking around for 15-20 minutes.
Also, the restaurant is in a residential complex and can't be seen from the road.
It was worth it, though. We'll definitely be back.

A restaurant just steps from the seafront with a lovely outdoor terrace. Elegant and refined atmosphere. Excellent raw fish and ham soup. Attentive service.

A nice seafood restaurant in the center of Follonica. Impeccable service and welcome. The food is excellent and with interesting and refined combinations. Quality of the fish and raw materials.
Each course is carefully explained in advance and so are the wines and oils.
A personal note: the pasta with clams is a bit generous with oil.
A tip: at least one beer (craft?) to pair with the dishes would offer a more complete choice.
Definitely an excellent experience. Price in line with the service and food.
